Mr. Reinaldo answered and helped us whenever he needed it, we need to go to the hospital in the new year and he directed us to the best place to go. Accommodation consistent with the photos, very nice to wake up to the noise of the birds too. Very good location, with several markets close and right off the beach of Barra, and the bus stops.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nicolau's place. We spent a few incredible days with the family, enjoying a beautiful ocean view. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need; we didn't miss anything at all. Nicolau is very friendly and was always aware that everything was going well. The location is great, right on the beach, and is also very close to the center, with supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. We'll definitely be back!

The apartment is very nice and it is very well cared for. It is in front of the beach and has nearby supermarkets and venues for dinner. The centrito is about 10 blocks away and you can walk quietly at any hour. The care of the hosts was very cordial and they always responded quickly to each inquiry. Hopefully soon we can come back!

The apartment has a very good location as it is close to markets, bakeries, restaurants and a few meters from the beach. Inside it is a cozy and clean place, with many resources available (wifi, cable, electronics, air-conditioning, among others), but in our view it has left much to be wished for at some times because it could have a better infrastructure. Still, in the moments that we asked for some help or appeal, hosts helped us and everything was excellent, always thoughtful and available.

Excellent stay! Paulo , the owner made us feel right at home. A very quiet environment, ideal to rest surrounded by a lot of nature, he is very attentive, he was always taking care of the smallest details , super clean place. Supermarket nearby a few blocks away , very safe environment. Meets what I promise and we would definitely stay there again. The apartment was well-equipped.

We had a very good experience in the apartment. The location is excellent, the flat was impeccable, beautifully decorated and with all the utensils needed for a comfortable stay. The host was super attentive and available, making sure everything was in order. The bed was super comfortable and the cleaning was up to date. However, the acoustics of the apartment left something to be desired. During the stay, I could clearly hear the sound of high heels upstairs, which turned out to be a bit uncomfortable at some point. This is something to consider if you have a light sleep or seek a quieter environment. Overall, I still recommend the place, as the rest of the experience was excellent!

The place is extremely pleasant, clean, close to the sea and restaurants, description matches the space. Calm location, perfect for family. We got a brief return on all contacts. We love the stay. The only thing is the jacuzzi that needs maintenance.
