Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Praia do Leblon

The house is extremely comfortable: the rooms and beds are spacious, all bathrooms are complete and spaces for common use, also spacious. The appliances are modern and work well, including the air conditioning in every room. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe: it has 24h security at the entrance although they allow access to services of transportation platforms or Delivery which provides comfort. Access is with key, very convenient. Marcela was in touch before, during and after the trip, with a very good predisposition and with super clear communication. I definitely recommend it.

Our stay in Vidigal was incredible, we had a little intrigue since it is a favela, but it was a super safe place, the people very friendly and very good food, Henry was a magnificent host always attentive to what we needed, with very good recommendations and willing to help us in what we needed, honestly it was an experience 10/10, super recommended

Amazing stay at Marcelo's and Ulrike's. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet and walkable. Despite being a bit far from the typical touristy areas to the south, it is a 15mins ride to the city center and very close to the train kine. Marcelo and Ulrike were super responsive and flexible to accommodate to our arrival time. Totally recommended!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of an outer district in Rio. Even the walk up is nice and easy if you take the Moto much faster for sure. And the view .. spectacular ! The pool was smaller than expected, but the Terrace gives you a feeling to sit with the clouds. One more reason to learn more Portuguese.

It was a pleasant experience, Paulo's apartment exceeded our expectations, had many items, and we were allowed to check out a bit later than described in the publication. The group of 11 people were very satisfied. I recommend this place to families and/or groups of friends.

Monica ‘s place is a gorgeous retreat from Rio while still providing ready access to Leblon Ipanema and the Praia do Vidigal. I spent hours on the balcony enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. Th location is very safe and you can walk or take a bike down to Leblon and Ipanema. One wrinkle of the location is that because it’s on a private street, getting Ubers or taxis was a bit complicated. The easiest solution is to walk to the Sheraton which is across the street or ask Monica for help booking with taxis that know the way. She was a great and attentive host and provides a well stocked kitchen with drinking water for your stay. Overall a very charming stay!

We had a wonderful experience! The house is very spacious, comfortable, well organized and with everything that is needed for a stay (including long ones). High point for the balcony, which has a beautiful view and makes everything even more special! We'll be back for sure!

This might be my favourite Airbnb I stayed at in Rio. Extremely beautiful, very spacious, balcony was perfect. Everything was exactly what I dreamed of. It was very easy to communicate with the host. The only thing is because the area is on a hill some Ubers can’t make it up the hill. We took Mototaxis and that was just fine. I will definitely come back to this beautiful apartment!

Book this gem for a luxe and private apartment with VIEWS, great a/c and little touches that show Leandro cares. Special thanks to the host for allowing us a late check out after our flight was delayed, a true gentleman! Loved the fresh filtered water machine as well as the nespresso, not many BnB owners do things like this anymore. We noticed and appreciated it!

We are delighted with Cirla's apartment...we will miss our breakfasts on this beautiful balcony/terrace with its mini grill, looking and listening to the sound of the sea with privileged view. The impeccable environments with air conditioning and giant tv in living room and bedroom, perfect internet. Near1 month at Alexandre's: a long and beautiful stay . I validate all the ratings written by those who stayed there before us . The apartment is comfortable and nice , and there are certainly others of the same nature . But a person like Alexandre , I don't think so . Casa as advertised , if we feel at home , had the basic kitchen utensils like it's usually just for breakfast for us was great What you could have would be just that clothesline you miss for being an apartment and not having where to extend clothes just one observation, but no complaints about had our privacy at every moment that I needed or had a doubt she answered , I used a gym that has available in the condominium porters always very kind , had enough towels, comfortable sheets where it even met our expectations, close to everything 30min of Copacabana, Esper back sometime again Thank you Vaneza once again hope I have left the house in order

The apartment of Mário is outstanding! Very comfortable, beautiful and nice! He is very attentive and communication was great, we will definitely go back and recommend it to others.

The apartment is fantastic - very well equipped, comfortable, with lots of practical solutions. It is perfect for both long and short stays in Rio. Right round the corner you will find the Botanical Garden and the Lage Park, as well as lots of cafes, restaurants, cool clothing shops, pharmacies and supermarkets. It can get a bit in the evening and at night due to heavy traffic, though. I would still recommend it!
