If it were to sum up in a word it would be UNFORGETTABLE ! Perfect House even better than the pictures and descriptions. Everything amazing and thought out with a lot of affection by the hosts, we really felt at home. It was my mother's birthday the day we arrived and Milena had left pampering and a cake wishing congratulations on what made her feel special and making the day even more fantastic. Upon arriving at the house you already see that everything is thought of making the days unforgettable and free of unforeseen events, from everything in the house to facilitate accommodation (cutlery, utensils, oil, salt…) to the box of medicines left in the bathrooms. We really feel welcome and at home ! The tips left by hosts also make all the difference beyond the quick response in case you need anything. Thank you so much for the incredible days, we hope to be back very soon.

dona Georgina very attentive from the beginning, her house is much better than in the photos ,what a delicious place,contact with nature ,so much so that my class did not want to go to the beach ,because in the house it was more delicious rs . Well clean ,organized ,there's everything ,pool ,little river down there a delight to refresh,we made pizza in the wood-fired oven, floor barbecue, in short... it's all they read in all the comments . Only gratitude for this fds ,and we will definitely be back .

We were in a group with 3 families and the house behaved very well. Destaque is the fully integrated and air-conditioned living and kitchen. The house is exactly what is in the listing and has served us super well. Rodrigo is very friendly and is quick to respond. I hope to be able to return soon.

Great apartment and condominium. Quiet surroundings with market and bakery nearby. The apartment is bigger than it looks on the pictures, super organized and comfortable. The building's pool space is great too. Fernando and super solitary condominium staff. I recommend peacefully and hope to return again.

We had an amazing stay! The house is even more beautiful and comfortable than in the pictures, with well-kept environments and a cozy decoration. The air-conditioning was essential for the heat of Ubatuba, ensuring super pleasant nights. The utensils were impeccably clean and organized, making our experience much easier. In addition, the leisure area is wonderful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying special moments. A point of attention is the address. The name ‘Villa de Capri’ and the address‘ Rua Machado de Assis, 795 ’were instrumental in locating the site, as we had some initial difficulties. Overall, the stay was perfect! We highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Very nice stay The condo is beautiful and the attention of the goal staff. One small detail was the Wifi service that sometimes didn't work properly, but that didn't stop you from enjoying the vacation in the place and the beach.

Hosts Gisele and André are very caring and kind. From the first contact we answered our questions and were helpful to our needs. The house was properly organized and clean, everything we needed for a stay of 8 adults and 1 child for 4 days was available and the improvement points informed by us were promptly heard and made available to improve for the next stays. The location of the property is easy to walk to Pereque Acu beach (15 minutes walk) and by car easy access to the beachfront (route used to access the other beaches).

My family and I had a great stay. The apartment is close to the beach, and essential daily services. The space is well equipped and the condominium has good security and leisure.
