The house is very nice, two comfortable and air-conditioned rooms working very well (it made all the difference in those very hot days!), the pool has a great size and the water was in the perfect temperature to cool off without being cold. The barbecue area integrated into the pool and backyard environment allows a lot of mobility while we prepare the barbeque. We took our dogs and the two were able to run a lot and safely because everything was surrounded. As a point of improvement: a more modern smartTV in the room, as it was difficult to access the streaming services (the Wi-Fi signal was great, the problem was with the TV)

I have visited the house other times and whenever I am there, I do not want to leave, the house offers everything we need and the space is wonderful.

The house is great, it looked very clean, organized, kitchen with all the necessary utensils, silverware, dishes, pots, everything we need. We were very well accommodated, backyard space also very good, gave it to all the cars and still had a lot of space. I recommend the house! The very considerate and kind host.

Great location, very close to the beach and ice cream shops, neighborhood good to walk, very quiet, close to pharmacies and markets. The amazing ape, a nice place, the only saddest thing is the check-in and checkout time, which we ended up missing a bit of both days of lodging. But nothing that makes me regret the hosting, the host always very helpful and has shown interest in helping us with all the issues, I definitely recommend it is going to come back more often. José Roberto is a great host, polite, responds quickly, answered all my questions before and after closing the reservation, flexibility at check-in and check-out, which makes all the difference. The accommodation is very good is close to the beach( using the car), if you do not want to use the car you have uber that was what we used and during the week I found the value great, to walk is a bit far away about 20 min. I recommend.

mr. Fernando is cordial and attentive mto. Mr. Joilson and Rafael (janitors) are mto helpful. The beach is near mto, easy access and we will be back for sure.
