We love the apartment, great location, wonderful view, we spent an amazing weekend and we will definitely be back.

I simply loved the flat, all new, impeccable bathroom, amazing bed!!! Washing machine, stove, microwave, tv and air conditioning, simply ameeeeeiii, and I'm definitely going back!!! It really invested in quality, well worth it!!!!

Great value for money! The place is exactly like the pictures and is worth the price you are charged. Although it is not a large apartment, it has 2 bedrooms and a good living room, in addition to air conditioning, which is essential at this time of the year. The apartment was clean and in good condition. The best part is the location. In my opinion, the corner of the fort is the quietest to stay in Praia Grande, even at the end of the year. The apartment is a block and a half from the beach, with ice cream and restaurant on the same street, as well as a pharmacy and market (carrefour express) on the back street, which is the main avenue, with several restaurants, cafes, etc. You don't have to use the car for nothing! Finally, Nei was a great host, being totally available, answering us extremely quickly. It was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone

The apartment is perfect for two people. The view from the balcony is exactly as it is in the photos and the most important trades such as the market and pharmacy are very close to the place. Leaving the car parked there also made it much easier!

The flat is great and mainly air-conditioned, great location, good restaurants around, market and mall, the condo people are excellent. Anyway were wonderful days of beach and rest.

we built everything perfect...from communication to the property...all very clean and well taken care of, communication with the hosts quickly...the completely cozy house, close to great beaches and close to shops...

Great house, new air-conditioned rooms, good kitchen, good barbecue area. Very good pool, water, although darker due to the well, was very clean. Good bathrooms. Excellent landmark, best host, polite and helpful. We'll be back soon.

Great location, wonderful reception, with many tips and attention with us, outside the house, well cared for, clean and very cozy. Local near everything, butchery, market, bakeries, all right next. Next beach is but quiet, great for those who like it, and for those who want something more busy, there are beaches close to 5 min by car that are very good. In short, I would come back more times without a doubt !!!

Suely's apartment is wonderful, well airy and clean. We went in 3 adults and 2 children and accommodated us well. Great region, we do not need to use the car during the entire stay.

The most spectacular vacation week we had , amazing place, great location, complete condominium and the SENSATIONAL apartment, much better than in the pictures, has everything you need in this place , and the best thing is that it is Pet Friendly….I have already left there programming to return as soon as possible hahahaha. Market practically next to the condominium , restaurants , bar , ice cream shop , pharmacy , crossed the street is on the beach to do practically everything without having to drive away all the time. Thanks Eliane and Elena for being so attentive and for providing me and my family with a wonderful week, I have nothing to complain about only to thank. And you who are still thinking about going , DON'T THINK ONLY you will not regret it.
