The Flávia space is a whim , well located and exactly as in the photos. It has otíma structure, and a beautiful view. Flávia was very kind, helpful and always responded to us quickly.

perfect lodging, the flat is identical to the photos. Karina always kept requested and left us a basket of fruit. the view of the pool is stunning, we fall in love with ubatuba and can't wait to come back!

The House in the Lighthouse is a very special place! The natural beauty enchants. The view to the sea is not even spoken. Birds, squirrels, fireflies. Accommodations are extremely organized and clean. Kitchen and BBQ area very well equipped and with everything working. Delicious Pool. Ana is really a thoughtful superhost who gave us really cool tips. Irlan and Celia are very attentive. Myself and my family have had a great time and we hope to return.

I went with two more people to spend the turn of the year and since I closed the stay, Aline has been an unparalleled host! We were well received, she was gentle mto and responded super quickly to the messages. From the accommodation: mega-equipped kitchen with all possible utensils in addition to the electros. The room with plenty of space storing clothes, two HUGE mirrors beyond the bathroom mirror, dryer, two babyliss and flat iron. In the bedroom and living room and AC in the bedroom helped a lot! The smart TV in the lounge with access to Netflix was more than we could have expected. The parking space is inside the cond and each one has its own. The wifi as we already expect in places with mta gente did some oscillations, but in the room it worked well. It is a few blocks from Itagua Beach that was unsuitable for bathing, but we took the opportunity to meet others (Perequê Acu is much quieter than PG). By the high temp transit, we drove to the waterfront and walk to the center. It was perfect! I recommend mto and I want to come back soon!

The chalet is exactly like the one of the ad, the view is beautiful, the location is very good, it is close to the red beach and the Tenório, you can walk without the need to use the car. The chalet is also close to the center of Ubatuba. Dirceu was a great host, responded very quickly. Always very attentive.

The location of the house is great, close to the center and a very quiet neighborhood. Communication with Antônio always happened very easily, very requested. The house, overall, is great, needs some improvements, but nothing that would affect our stay, recommend and return, for sure.

The house is simply wonderful, situated a few steps from the beach in an extremely pleasant setting. Mika and his collaborators Hilda and Rogério did everything to make our stay unforgettable, some of our friends already want to get back there!

We already stayed 3x in this house and once again, our family stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful and of good taste. Each time we go, there is some improvement. Donos are mto zealous around the site. The house was very clean and we were able to stay almost a week without missing anything because the house is well equipped, with a full kitchen. Air conditioning in very powerful rooms! The climb to reach the house is not easy, but it is worth every step up. The trails that lead at Prumirim Beach and the waterfall of Prumirim is undoubtedly a little adventure apart. Outside the island of Prumirim, which is wonderful. Near the home is also the home of local fishermen that you can buy a fresh fish and schedule boat rides! Thank you so much for your stay Michael & Lorena.

I stayed with my family in Mr. Hiroshi and I have only to thank you! Everything was impeccable, super clean and tidy, we were provided with body and face towels, carpets for bathrooms, hair dryer, electric racket, soaps, shampoo and toilet paper. The apartment has a fan in all the bedrooms and in the living room (which also has air-conditioning). The kitchen is complete and everything in the apartment works perfectly. The employees of the condominium are especially attentive to you. Caesar who promptly answered us! The pool is very clean, beautiful and pleasant! Mr. Hiroshi is super attentive, polite and dedicated, he gave us all the attention from beginning to end. It was a lovely experience to wake up to the sound of the waves, have coffee and read on the balcony facing the sea! The beach was crowded due to the date we were, right next to it we have Martin de Sá who is wonderful and has more space in the sand if the beach is very crowded. Hope to be back soon!

For sure despite the high season worth it is close to the dura beaches Lázaro Fortaleza dominga dias , the place is a paradise in the middle of nature what appears in the photos is much better seen the waterfall and wonderful and on top of the waterfall there is a wide , all very organized and clean ,Claudia is very attentive and leaves us at will and the swimming pool with crystallized water right of the waterfall is a relaxation. My family loved it and will return other times

Casa clean, comfortable beds, wonderful space, air conditioning in the bedrooms that was very good. I come back for sure! I love this rsrs condominium
