Our stay was great,the host was available at all times,we were very well served before,during and after the stay.The house is very spacious, barbecue area and pool is excellent, my pets (calopsitas/yorkshire) were at ease ,very fresh for those who will take the animals,wooded , my yorkshire loved it ran all over the house,we highly recommend this stay,we hope to come back soon.

House is exactly as the photos show, are three very spacious beds and ample living space. The house is 10 min from the center of Paraty and has a sea view.

Extremely clean, organized and equipped house, a real whim that gives you the taste of staying! It is very close to the beach, about 3 minutes walking, and arriving on the beach already has a bar to settle that serves portions and etc. The amenities of the house were impeccable, swimming pool, barbecue, refrigerator, freezer, minibar, tv, air conditioning, ALL working perfectly and in excellent condition. Comfortable, smelling bedding, like new ones. I was really surprised, experience unparalleled. The host Fernando is very kind and responsive I just have to thank you!

It was a perfect experience! Nice place, safe, close to everything. Gustavo was always helpful when we needed it, welcomed us very well and was very flexible with everything! My family loved the space and the place. We plan to return more often.

Beautiful house, very cozy. The site is wonderful on the beach side and with many other attractions nearby. It is also close to restaurants and supermarkets and shops. We love it. The space is perfect for 6 people, we went in 8 and it really gets a little tighter but it has a large and very cozy dining room. If it could change something, it would only change the barbecue that could be the charcoal rather than the gas and the staircase to the third quarter and the more adventurous ones.

We stayed at the house in the first week of January 2025. A family trip very programmed because we are in many people. The house is just like the ad, well located, quiet place, suites with working air conditioning, kitchen well served with utensils. The host and the homemakers helped us in everything we need, always responding with cordiality. Grata for the stay!

Second time staying at Virginia's home. And that's why you can already make sure that the house is perfect. More than perfect, because in one year's break it had even more comfort/facilities. I find the care she takes with the guests amazing. Bedding and bath linens always smelling, soft, quality and in quantity; not to mention the whim of the kitchen utensils and tablecloths more than enough. All you can imagine/need has in the house. Excellent Internet (for the second year, did not fall a day) and great streaming channels. The nearby beach, the facilities of the condominium! Amo Itamambuca, plus the Virginia home. My sisters and I spent ten wonderful days. I can only say: thank you so much for so much affection with guests!

We spent amazing days in the house!! Location is great, 5 min walk from the beach. The house is beautiful and very well equipped!! Everything works perfectly and the same as the photos!! Marcel is very kind and answers questions very quickly. Thank you for the attention of Val and Sérgio that welcomed us on arrival. Unspeakable, I highly recommend, one of the best places we stayed.

Perfect house!!!! We had excellent days at Cristina's house. The house is wonderful, large, well-equipped kitchen and barbecue area. Chairs, beach tables, all sensational! We were surprised by the presence of the cottage inside the house, which did not disturb us, since she is super polite and was there just to guide us. We will definitely return!

The accommodation is agrable, very complete for those who want to cook on site. Quiet place and you can go to the trades walking because it is close to everything, including the beach I highly recommend it and plan to come back more often.. With sincerity I have no negative points..

A magical place. Both the surroundings and the house. The space has beautiful trails and access to the river and waterfalls. The house is a charm, exactly as seen in the photos, with the difference that the photos do not have the smell of the forest, the corner of the cicadas and the freshness after a summer rain. We went with our dear puppy, who loved everything - and it was always on the guide, as we do not have the prepotency to give our freedom to our own at the expense of the freedom of the local fauna. By the way, we saw from the window a family of quatis and there were always butterflies accompanying us on tours. The upper floor, this one that is open in the photos, is a wonderful corner to enjoy the end of the day. The kitchen is super equipped. The refrigerator is a minibar, so just take the right amount that fits, without excesses. Smelly, clean towels.

Your house is very comfortable and beautiful, exactly as described in the ad, in addition to the fact that it is very close to the beach and the condominium is very quiet. The balcony is extremely spacious, the 3 bedrooms are great and very well equipped. Our stay was perfect from beginning to end.

Our stay at Sueli's was wonderful! The house is super comfortable, well equipped and surrounded by very green. The location is excellent, just 50 meters from the beach, and we still had beach chairs and parasol at our disposal, which made all the difference. During our stay, we were fortunate to see toucans, fireflies and many stars, which made the experience even more special. The house is located on a slope plot, which implies a longer staircase to access it and in the absence of a garage (we parked on the street), but these characteristics are part of the local charm and did not affect our comfort. The tranquility and the atmosphere compensates for any detail. Sueli was a wonderful host, always attentive and quick with the messages. We will definitely be back! I recommend to everyone looking for an experience of connecting with nature, comfort and proximity to the beach.

The house was extremely clean. The kitchen is very well equipped, we don't miss anything. Communication with the owners super quiet and they responded to us very quickly. The only information I hadn't seen is that one of the rooms is outside the house. The street gives on the busiest part of the beach, but five minutes of walking to the side of Domingas Dias, you can find a quieter place to stay.

Wonderful stay… I believe the house is even more spacious and beautiful in person. Mihaly was a great host with great communication. Definitely a GEM for those looking for this special kind of vacation.

We love the stay! Nice little house, comfortable beds, good shower and super quiet air conditioning. Grill with super outdoor area answered us! I recommend going as a couple because her acoustics itself is not 100%. In addition, the staircase is very tight, it can make it difficult to climb for people with a matter of movement, overweight or child. The neighborhood is very quiet and the surrounding beaches are my favorites, in addition to the neighborhood with good structure! Super would return in the house and recommend it!

The house is great, spacious as well as the super quiet place. As I went on a motorcycle, I felt no problem regarding the places where to go such as beaches and waterfalls . I was very well served by Valter.

Great home to host a large family. In the first weekend we were 9 adults and 1 child. Then we stand at 7 adults and 1 child. The house accommodates super well. There are 4 suites, all with air conditioning. Outer space very tasteful. Clean pool, great to enjoy after the beach. The well-equipped house with modern household appliances, a garage for 4 cars, which makes a lot of difference in Juqueí. We like it very much. It was a great week of vacation. I recommend it.
