I was staying in this house and it was a wonderful experience! The space is immense, which brought a lot of comfort throughout the stay. The location is excellent, very close to sights and with easy access to restaurants and shops. The house is well equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only caveat I would do is about the air conditioners, which were a little weak. However, this did not compromise the experience in general. For sure, I would recommend this house to those looking for comfort, location and space!

The photos are very true to the house. Local was clean with utensils available. Victor was very attentive, he welcomed us well. The place has the beautiful beach of meaipe nearby, a delight to go with children.

The house is simply wonderful, comfort, cleaning, utensils, a very usual house, very tasty outside area. These were wonderful days among friends and family. Great location, very close to the multiplace plus. We will definitely return. The owner of the house, Sylvia, immediately answered all the requests we had.

I stayed with my family, 10 people in all and our two dogs. The house is exactly as the pictures show, beautiful and clean, in addition to being well equipped with several appliances in perfect operation. Pool is wonderful. The hostess is very kind, easy and quick to contact, in addition to being proactive, making indications of great services, such as pizzeria, restaurant, pharmacy, market, manicure and cleaner. We love the welcome toast, delicious homemade biscuits. We intend to stay again absolutely!

It was a last-minute find, super indicative, very good host, always attentive to respond and cozy atmosphere, really feel at home!

The place is exactly as in the ad and more, it has everything you need, it is easy to access the beaches, including one to 5 minutes. Nearby downtown neighborhoods, it was super worth it and I'm sure I'll be back. Some caveats are the suite at least the one I stayed in is very dark, it doesn't have a reception or know where someone has some questions, but you'll find yourself. And the noise of the upstairs, which is not the fault of the place but of the people without sense. After all, safety is one of the best points, all to enjoy and not want to come back again!!

Great house to travel with family, large, with several bedrooms and bathrooms and a very nice and well-kept outdoor area. The only point of attention is that the kitchen, which is excellent and spacious, is in an annex to the house, which was great for us, because you could have coffee without disturbing those who were sleeping, but it can be a nuisance on rainy days. Other than that all was as advertised. Note: I rented with the owner himself bed and bath linens and everything was made available clean and quality at a fair price, I recommend.

This lodging in Setiba changed our perception of Guarapari, the location is very quiet and you can go to the beaches of Setiba and Santa Monica walking, the hostess left at the house beach chairs, playing cards, board games, frescoball racket and thermal box. The barbecue area is large, comfortable and equipped. We love hosting and recommend it.

The house is very clean and organized, excellent bed and bath linens, fine white and excellent appliances! The laser area is excellent, great for children and for barbecues and partying!
