Our stay at the Host's accommodation was great. I only have compliments to the apartment, the utensils available within it, as well as the perfect location between Jatiuca and Ponta Verde. Silvia is very solicitous, friendly and always ready to respond to us, a sweetheart. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Attentive Host. Property well located, easy access, in a quiet place, great for family. Next to Praia do Francês, Barra de São Miguel and Maceió. An excellent option for those who do not want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Maceió but be very close. I will certainly return! I recommend it.

I also highlight the comfort of the bed, the bathing suits and the very good shower! The location is very good for those who are on foot or by car. The access to the 24h concierge building is very easy. In addition to all the support Fabiana provides before and during the stay! Great days in Maceió!

Great apartment, impeccable cleaning, well-equipped, all items working in perfect condition. Privileged location without counting the wonderful view! Hostess attentive supe. The only point to improve is the double mattresses. They are very rigid brought us a lot of discomfort on the 8 nights we spent in the apartment.

A Madalena is a love of person. Very kind and made us comfortable. The space was clean and tidy. On the first day we stayed in a bungalow different from what we had booked, but the next day it was already resolved. The quiet and view of the site is what makes all the difference. We would love to have stayed there.

The stay was great! The apartment is well located, close to markets, pharmacies and very close to the beach

The building is new, we like the environment. It has several security protocols. Near restaurants, markets and bakeries . Good bed, however, the pillow is of low quality. Internet connection to the TV is terrible (tv does not connect on Wi-fi). Shower with good pressure. The flat sound insulation is bad. Overall, it was a good stay, nothing to discredit the place for the price charged. I recommend and would come back again!

We've had it in several locations across the country, but this one is in the top 3 easily cleaned place next to everything, a perfect pool for all the kids themselves felt at home, wonderful nearby restaurant, the beautiful beach we'll be delighted soon we'll be back, and the Flavia wonderful host polite responds fast we're very happy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🙌

Excellent days we live in the apartment of Ana; We feel very much at home, 2 super comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms and extremely clean and white bed/towels. Comfortable room with a kitchen full of utensils; Airfry, microwave, coffee maker and sandwich maker were our favorites; practical and fast for the busiest days with walks. Ah, the lava and dry was a great differentiated; we used it a lot; we went to another destination with practically all laundry. We will certainly refer it to friends and God willing, we will be back! Our excellent reception, all impeccable, wonderful apartment with a breathtaking view. The garage is covered, wide. I recommend it as it really is wonderful.

Very quiet stay. The flat is very tasty and has plenty of necessary household utensils. The building has laundry (pay) and on the front, a guesthouse offers breakfast for 25, which is quite convenient.

My stay at the apartment was great. I felt at home with everything available, full kitchen, comfortable apartment in front of the beach with a view of the beautiful terrace of pajucara beach. Very close supermarket, finally the best location of Maceió. I will certainly be back.
