The location of the house on Google Street View looks not good, but in person it is very beautiful and easy to go to Maceió and other locations. Only the water fountain, which does not freeze the water, and the back room, which, given the heat and lack of cross ventilation, cannot be used.

An excellent house in a very good Condominium between Marechal Deodoro that access to Praia do Francês e Maceió... very kind, caring couple... finally I and my family were now beginning of January/ 2025 and I certainly got a taste of wanting more!!

You'll find bakery, market, cake factory, restaurants, laundry and La rue street, the most touristy street in the place. And especially the beach, which is very close to the house and can go on foot. It is a house that served 10 people well. We had a great time at the pool, having a barbecue and resting in the hammock. The house has a good space for kids to play. About Vanderlei and Alexandra, I only have to thank for the attention from the beginning to the end of our stay. They were always available at any time of the day. we felt right at home in Tati's apartment. Comfortable for a married couple and child of 3 years. It had everything we needed for a great stay. We even needed an electric kettle for water and Tati provided it to us without a problem. Excellent host always ready to make recommendations. The building is a 10!! the common spaces are really an ally when there is a small child (especially pool and children's area) the area is very picturesque for the night with restaurants and bars, it has supermarkets very close, although the beach that is nearby is not one of the prettiest, that was not a problem because in 5 minutes of Uber (very cheap) we were on dream beaches!! very happy, we recommend !!
