Aunt's place is simply perfect and he was extremely dear and flexible and attentive with us and my whole family - we were in a huge group and everyone was comfortable. I highly recommend it.

An excellent house in a very good Condominium between Marechal Deodoro that gives access to Praia do Francês and Maceió... very kind, attentive couple... anyway, my family and I were there now in early January/ 2025 and it certainly left a taste of wanting more!!

Very comfortable and well-equipped, we didn't miss anything. The outdoor space is also very nice. We had a problem with the car and delayed check-out a lot, the hosts remained friendly and very understanding.

The house was extremely clean is very smelly. It had drinking water, toilet paper in all the bathrooms, soaps, liquid soap, cotton and cotton swabs. The bed bed sheets and towels are clean and smelly. We were very well received and were flexible with our exit, very attentive with messages to know if everything was right. The house is about 10 minutes from the beach. Next has groceries and restaurants . We recommend !

Site very clean and the location of the house is great, it is close to the market, bakery, pharmacy and about 4 minutes walking from the waterfront.

The apartment is amazing, it matches everything that is described in the listing. Tati allowed us to check in earlier than expected, responded quickly and sent all instructions to get in. The apartment has everything and the surroundings of the condominium are very good, it has everything nearby, market, pharmacies, restaurants and is close to Jatiúca beach (approx. 4 blocks). Our time there was great!

The place is great for a couple. There is no much room for another adult or child in the apartment. Location is great, Iran is a great host. There are two points to consider that it is not on the specs for the place: a) the apartment is facing south which makes it very hot most of the day and there is only one air conditioner in the bedroom (window type); b) only after the contact with the host for the arrival we were informed that there would be an extra cost for the electrical bill, to be determined at the check out. It is not a big deal but I believe it should be on the specs for the rental.

You can go without fear, owner of the wonderful home helpful house. We'll be back at the next time.

Stayed for nearly a month—great location, just a short walk from the waterfront, perfect for cycling or walking. Overall, had a really pleasant stay.

The accommodation is excellent, we come back, and if we have a new opportunity, we will be back again. The apartment is large, very airy, extremely clean, is a wonder, super recommended. Additional point for the neighborhood, both of the street and of the residents, became friends. In addition, the host is fantastic, wonderful person, I highly recommend. We had to leave before, but if there is any new opportunity, we will be back for sure. It's a great place with a wonderful energy from those good places to stay. Only gratitude for the reception.

Good space close to the Shopping Mall we only stayed for a night , but I have nothing to complain about.

Excellent apt and the condominium, with infrastructure and 24-hour condominium, is close to a sign of Ponta Verde, which is wonderful to stroll and enjoy the best of the Orla de Maceio. Amei! And I would definitely come back!

Neilton's apartment is exactly like in the pictures, super organized, clean. The bed linen are spotless and fragrant. It has enough utensils and electrons to make quick meals if you want. The building has 24-hour service, has a bakery, shops and services on the ground floor. We will definitely come back more often.

We spent 9 days hosted made you feel at home, great location to do everything on foot, trade everything nearby, everything center the tourist should know, restaurants, bars, beach very close to walking. The building with super attentive staff, 24-hour concierge, wonderful rooftop pool, access to the apartment by password that makes it much easier to access. Internet, streaming, cable TV all working super well. Moraria facil there, when I come back for sure I will look to stay again. If you are looking for a place q has everything to do near then this is the best option. The opinion of a couple, more people I don't know how it would be, but as a couple you will feel very well in the space offered by Ediane.

We very much like to have guests staying at the Ap da Lívia. Everything was very clean and organized, close to supermarket,pharmacy and restaurants the location is great. The shower was leaked and Lívia promptly arranged the concert, her husband went to the Ap and agreed. Many thanks Livia for always being concerned about our well-being. The apartment is very comfortable, it does not have air in the room but Enio I give us a fan and everything resolved! Very clean, tidy and in a privileged area! We didn't know anything but then we knew that we had chosen the best area to our understanding. Enio super friendly was always quick to respond and help us.

Excellent apartment, all equipped, good air conditioning, good bed and bath linens, good showers, close to everything! Competent, proactive and organized host! I highly recommend it for sure!
