Jose and Samara excellent hosts . The depto is beautiful, very well equipped and in a very good location. The depto has everything you need from crockery; wipes, canopy, umbrella, bedding, etc. Its location is excellent, we had a supermarket a block away, and the beach there just. For us who went with three small children, the comfort and proximity of things was important. The only drawback we had was with a lock and in less than 5 minutes a person was already at our disposal with the matter. Excellent service and response to both app messages and in person . We were delighted with the place and its history, which was detailed in a letter within the depto. We really would have liked to stay many more days there, but there will be no shortage of opportunity to come back.

We had a great stay in Vanda's apartment, she was very kind and was waiting for us to hand over the keys and give us the directions. The apartment was spotless and has all the amenities to be at ease. The condo is quiet and well taken care of. The location is perfect, with direct access to the beach and 100 meters from the commerce and restaurants. Vanda was very friendly and allowed us to do a late check-out to match the departure with our return flight. We would definitely like to come back. Thank you very much Vanda !

Our hosting was very good, host Mr. Neuri always willing and requesting. The location is very good, close to the sea. When we got tudi it was very clean and organized. We will certainly be back!

I'd like to thank you for hosting. It is the second property that we rent from Jovania. We love the house. Very well located. Really foot in the sand, literally inside the beach. Everything was very clean and organized. Plenty of kitchen utensils. All brand new furniture. Exactly as the photos show. Sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. Jovania's service is always great quick to respond to us and help with information. I highly recommend it and we will definitely come back more often.

Very cozy and comfortable place! Roberto and Ana Paula were extremely helpful and made us very comfortable! We won even coffee with broa and cavaquinho, hahahha!! We will certainly return, the place is close to the English beach, markets, and centrals. We leave the car in the garage all the time, because we don't need it for anything.

The setting is everything. Peace, nature, sea and beautiful views. The place is ideal for relaxing and resting for a few days. The house is very comfortable, with all the necessary facilities for an incredible stay. The large pool, volleyball court, beach and dock are shared with the house next door, but it's like semi private, giving an unparalleled charm. Both Ana Paula and Mónica have been very attentive to our needs, ensuring that our stay is impeccable. What disappointed us a little is the village of "Praia do Fora", it does not have much to offer, but the location of the house is ideal for touring Garopaba, Praia do Rosa and even shopping outside the island without so much crowding. I definitely recommend staying there for those looking for peace and would come back!
