We rented the house with family to spend the week and it was undoubtedly more special. The house is very cozy has everything we need, in the kitchen there is nothing missing, very complete. The pool is wonderful and very clean. I was in love with the beach of São Miguel, very quiet with restaurants at a great price nearby and they serve everything on the beach. Town hall's bathroom in front very clean as well. I will return for sure. Josi very helpful and answered all questions promptly. I loved it too much

The house is very well located, close to the sea. Limpeza, the house has everything you need, not counting the pool. We were greeted with a gentle ticket, bonbons and capsules of dolce gusto. Too bad we only stayed a few days!

We love the stay in the space. Calm and quiet location. Near the beach and the center of the bomb beach, it is possible to walk. Near the supermarket. Super comfortable and functional home. the listing descriptions match the reality. Very neat. provides place to leave the car and that is critical since Eneron there is no free parking spot on the street. Ramon is always on hand and gives you information about activities to be able to develop. The system to receive and deliver the key is super efficient and easy so one doesn't have to be worried about that. In fact it is an apartment in which we would always return to my family.

Wonderful little place

We spent a great week in Penha and a lot thanks to the care Hosts have about the location. Impeccable Cleaning, close to the beach and a lot of affection in every corner of the hut. In addition, hosts have provided a complete newsletter about the area and attractions. The very few setbacks we had were related to being close to nature (insects) and/or were quickly resolved by the hosts. Perhaps the only point to highlight about the site is access to the mezzanine down the stairs that can be an impediment for people with mobility issues or older couples. So our experience could not be better, 100% recommended and we hope to return soon.
