I was staying in this house and it was a wonderful experience! The space is immense, which brought a lot of comfort throughout the stay. The location is excellent, very close to sights and with easy access to restaurants and shops. The house is well equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only caveat I would do is about the air conditioners, which were a little weak. However, this did not compromise the experience in general. For sure, I would recommend this house to those looking for comfort, location and space!

I stayed with my family, 10 people in all and our two dogs. The house is exactly as the pictures show, beautiful and clean, in addition to being well equipped with several appliances in perfect operation. Pool is wonderful. The hostess is very kind, easy and quick to contact, in addition to being proactive, making indications of great services, such as pizzeria, restaurant, pharmacy, market, manicure and cleaner. We love the welcome toast, delicious homemade biscuits. We intend to stay again absolutely!

The space is very comfortable, it was clean, organized and well-equipped, has a balcony and is upstairs of a house, but it has independent entrance. It has nearby commerce, supermarket, bakery, and other things, it is also close to the beach and bus stops. About the region, it is a little further away from other more central beaches, without a car the guest will depend on uber or buses (buses in Guarapari is a little complicated). The hostess was polite and helpful, it was a quiet stay, I recommend.

Apartment exactly as in the pictures, it has the basics in the kitchen, such as silverware, dishes, pots, shapes and thermos. it accommodated perfectly myself, my wife, my son and my parents. Amazing and cozy place. It is a small and functional house. It has one bedroom with a double bed and a floor mattress, there are three people. A room with two sofas, but mattress fits on the floor. If you bring a mattress, you can hold up to 6 people. However, it has only one bathroom. We went in 4, me , my wife and our two children children. We were very well accommodated, my wife with the children in the bedroom and I in the living room. I advise to bring barbecue as there is not in the house. The condominium is well structured, very safe and quiet. All the people who work there are educated. Everything we "lost" there, we found in the lobby or in the lost finds from the pool. Ah in the condominium has barbecues, but it is necessary to schedule. We recommend the Peracanga beach, which is 800m from the condominium. It's just down the direct street. It has several foot kiosks on the sand. Including the Golden Lobster has a secret parking lot far behind. Calm Sea, clear waters and no waves, perfect for children. We want to go back!
