Beachfront holiday rental in Praia das Cordas

The Stephany house is very good, well maintained, wide and airy, a large yard with grass and well clean. The location of the house is great, very close to the beach. I didn't meet Stephany in person, but her father was always available if we needed it. We love the place and we will definitely be back again.

Everything was as expected, Cicero is very friendly and helpful. We had no setbacks. It is highly recommended.

Our stay at Daniel’s place was great! The place was very clean, spacious, comfortable. The building complex is amazing, very close to the beach (stunning sunsets), and amazing swimming pool and gym. The indoor kids play area is large and was perfect for rainy days. They also have a 24/7 grocery shop downstairs within the building which was very handy and we used a few times. There was an issue with the living room aircon and stove top which we communicated with Daniel about. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to one day returning back to Daniel’s place.

very cool bed and breakfast, according to the listing, with an outdoor space for pets to play without problems because it is well fenced, super close to the beach, there are several grocery stores very close by, it was approved for sure, Barra da Lagoa offers several restaurant options on the beach

The house is beautiful, everything is as advertised. It is very well-equipped. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. I would definitely choose it again. Dayana and Sene were very attentive.

An apartment that meets most requirements. Check-in: Easy as easy to find, the parents live in the house with and are mostly reachable. The amenities: It has everything you need. Balcony, kitchen equipment, beach utensils and more. Oil, salt, sugar, coffee, 5 l drinking water, all available once. The balcony is large enough for four people. Minimum two hammocks. Air conditioning works quietly and effectively. The beds are accessible via a narrow staircase. Wifi works but relatively weak signal. I had to work over the internet, but wifi was not sufficient. i think July would have a solution. The residential complex looks very safe and is in a set back small cul-de-sac. The beach is very nearby, and so is the small center. Looking for a restaurant in the evening is associated with an entertaining, small walk. The Caipirinha in the small restaurant just off the bridge is huge and extremely good.

The house was excellent, it is spacious, very complete and very well organized. Each space is designed to provide comfort and privacy, as the rooms are distributed as different apartments within the same property, which was perfect for us. We loved the house and we will definitely be back!

We spent a week in this beautiful home. The photos are true to the place , a paradise that waterfront house. The house is super well equipped , comfortable and the place is unbeatable. The perfect cleanliness and the outstanding home, always ready to help with what we need. Carlos is also always at your service and answering our doubts We would definitely go back , there were 12 people with 2 babies and we had a spectacular time! Highly recommended

Great location, great utilities by considering the pools inside of the building and beach options nearby. Our view was amazing.. Towels, kitchen and the bathrooms were clean. It’s a huge advantage that every bedroom has a bathroom inside of the room. It was very thoughtful that she provided us umbrellas and chairs for beach. During our trip, Daiana was so friendly and responsive. Overall it was a great choice to spend the holiday in this apartment.

The apartment is excellent, well decorated, clean, clear instructions and perfect communication with Rafael. The only observation is that the building's gym is very small and is by reservation in an app and almost all the times were already reserved by owners with a fixed schedule. Everything else was perfect!

Amazing apartment. Close to everything. Wonderful beaches, really important Host tips (wonderful restaurants, nearby supermarkets). Great pool, 3 amazing en-suites, everything clean and organized. I recommend it and will be back soon🥰.

We felt very comfortable in Maristela's place. I had everything and so much more than expected. They were very helpful. We asked for some extra things for our baby and he took care of resolving it. We plan to come back and recommend to the community without hesitation. Everything was perfect.

We stayed at Denise's apartment with my family and had an excellent experience. She was very helpful at all times. The kitchen is very well equipped, which allowed us to cook comfortably. The apartment is cool and cozy, ideal for resting. Also, the location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach. We were surprised by the number of toys for the beach and chairs available, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

It was amazing staying in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, sleeping and waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying the peace of this place. The house is very well located for those that likes to do activities in nature. I made the trail of Galheta and the Natural Pools of Barra da Lagoa - both have access directly from the house. I liked this a lot because I didn't even need to take the car during the two days I stayed, I was able to do everything on foot around the region. In addition, Karina was very solicitous and always responded quickly to our questions. She wasn't there to welcome us, but she left clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

The patio of the house is the beach!!! Spectacular views!!! Very comfortable bedrooms. Collectives and uber at the door. Beach chairs & umbrella available. A very nice place.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. It was very relaxing. I saw the sunrise from my bed each morning, which was magical. We enjoyed the private beach for quiet reading and swimming. Practicing yoga on the lawn surrounded by nature was a highlight of our stay. The house was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Our host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The comfortable outdoor seating areas were perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were extremely comfortable. This property exceeded our expectations, and we're already thinking about our next visit. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway!

We spent three weeks in Roberta’s house and we had a wonderful vacation. The house is very pretty and charming and is located at one of the most beautiful beaches on Florianopolis. It is situated in a well maintained garden with excellent security. The view from the terrace is spectacular at any time of the day and we loved to spend our time there. Communication with Roberta is very easy and direct. She and her husband are very friendly and cordial hosts. Overall we felt like at home. In case we come back, we would pick this accommodation again.
