This dazzling loft with roof top terrace is definitely the place to be, the place to stay for its privileged location. On the 3rd floor, with no elevator, the presence of beams in the sitting area add charm but can be inconvenient for very tall persons! The apartment has a stunning frontal sea view, from the living room, bedroom and kitchen, it faces south and has lots of light. It is only a 2 min walk to the beach(Poça beach) and 5 min to train station ( 10 mins to Cascais and 30 mins to Lisbon). The location is ideal for water sport lovers (surf/paddle). You can enjoy walking, jogging or cycling along the shore to Cascais using the promenade (paredão). The neighbourhood has lovely cafes, a wonderful grocery shop as well as many restaurants.

Beach house located on the cliffs of the charming village Azenhas do Mar. In the morning, the birds sing happily, toasting another day.
