Cozy and complete apartment, exactly as in the listing. Perfect location for those going on a boat ride. Easy access and close to the Daco da Ribeira marinas. Check in was quick and easy. Thalita was great at communication and hospitality. We need to extend the stay and she promptly adjusted for us. We will certainly be staying there again!!

We love the Studio!! Very well equipped, clean, with a great location. Praia Grande is very good, clean, and for those who do not want to be taking a car, it is an excellent option. Joelma, responds to messages very quickly and we had no problem. We'll definitely be staying with her again.

Everything is very good, from checkin to checkout. Clean and organized condominium. Vanusa always very helpful and attentive. We had a mishap with the air-conditioning of the suite, however, she informed us and the next day the problem was resolved. Clean apartment, with all the necessary utensils, appliances and furniture in perfect condition, great location for those who go to the beach. (Because it was the end of the year there was chaos and we didn't use the car for nothing, the market and the “center” is about 10/15 minutes walking) the only nearby restaurant is Jundu, but it's not cheap.

We stayed in this apartment and it was a great experience from start to finish. The place is very beautiful, well decorated and super clean. The complete condominium. The location is a great highlight, with easy access to restaurants, markets and the beach, which made our stay much easier. Laura was super attentive, received us at the check in and always willing to help and leave everything right to us. Since the first contact, it was super sweet and made a difference in our experience. We definitely recommend !!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is clean, organized and very comfortable. The host was kind and thoughtful. The condominium structure is a differential, with very well equipped gym, heated pool and large pool. The security at the condo is excellent. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is very for 4 people, it has a full kitchen, the shower is good, the bed comfortable, and the condominium was prepared for rainy days although I did not use it because there was always sun. the pool area very well. super recommended.

The apartment is even better in person. It was extremely clean, the system of entering by facial recognition is simply fantastic. It has a small market practically within the skip-the-line condominium and reasonable price. There is a pedestrian exit that leaves in front of the beach, you do not need to take the car out of the garage to go out to dinner in the center. Another good factor is that the location cuts much of the traffic to the beaches of the North. And the leisure within the condominium is top with clean pools clean saunas. Very good.

We love everything! José is a great host, always maintained good communication, flexible, we feel very well received, entitled to pampering. The space is even better than in the photos, large, comfortable and we found everything very clean. Excellent Condomínio, offers grocery store and kiosk in the common area, super helpful concierge and heated pool, overlooking the sensational beach! We want to go back now!

For the second time I stay with Mayra in her wonderful apartment in this city I'm passionate about. Everything in Mayra's apartment counts for a fantastic experience (location, layout of the apartment in the building, neighborhood, condominium, rooms, very comfortable balcony and the wonderful view of Itaguá beach). Only have great adjectives to qualify my second lodging and if Mayra allows it, I'll be back more often for sure!

The apartment is excellent and has one of the best infrastructure for those who want to stay in Praia Grande. Every balcony has a grille, which ensures safety for those who have a pet, and the inside is closed with anti-noise doors. The condominium is quite familiar and the common areas are well taken care of. The support material is very good with tips on what to do and where to eat and Michele has always been proactive in answering any questions.

A house with excellent structure, very well accommodated our family (with 10 people), very safe, calm, delicious, people who work in the condominium and in the house all very cordial. Casa offers a lot of convenience. we'll be back for sure.

Ana Helena and Lilian were super attentive before and during our stay, responding quickly and being flexible enough to surround the garden to prevent our pets from leaving the house. In fact, the house and condominium are great for taking the dogs. The house is 1 block from the beach and next to the entrance of the condominium, which is next to the pool, restaurant, hotel, food trucks and the beach piece that has beach tennis nets, you can do everything on foot. The beach is clean and beautiful. We found the house extremely clean and it is just like the pictures, more rustic than the other houses in the condominium that are more modern. There are air conditioners in the 4 bedrooms, but one of them is older, not split. On the ground floor there is no air conditioning but all doors and windows have screens, which allows natural ventilation- in addition to a ceiling fan in the living room. We did not pass heat but on a hot and windless day more fans or an air conditioner would be ideal. Anyway, we really enjoyed it and will be back!

We had an excellent experience in the house. The home is exactly as portrayed by the photos. It is beautiful and very well cared for. The condominium is right at the exit of the mountain, and - even though not so close - it has easy access to the beaches. It is very close to several markets (less than 5 minutes from Shibata, Tenda etc) and has several leisure areas. Célia was a great host, responds quickly and was very dear throughout the process. We will definitely be back.

The family trip couldn't have been better, host Jorginho always requested from booking to after checkout. Casa Top, large, super clean, and everything you need for a great stay. The house is extremely comfortable and is exactly as described in the ad, the house is quite complete and no utensil is missing. The owner André is very polite and attentive and every time I contact you respond promptly. The condominium in which the house is located is very safe, organized and clean, for those who have children like me is very worth it, because after the beach one can stay in the pool taking advantage of the end of the day. We spent very pleasant days and for sure the accommodation helped a lot.
