We stayed in this apartment and it was a great experience from start to finish. The place is very beautiful, well decorated and super clean. The complete condominium. The location is a great highlight, with easy access to restaurants, markets and the beach, which made our stay much easier. Laura was super attentive, received us at the check in and always willing to help and leave everything right to us. Since the first contact, it was super sweet and made a difference in our experience. We definitely recommend !!

The place was beautiful, clean, neat, super safe, and comfortable to get in and out with the car at any time. Hot air conditioned pool, wet and dry sauna, jacuzzi, gym and more... In addition the beach in front also very nice especially for surfing. All very attentive, and the destination was beautiful in every way, come back again without a doubt.

The apartment is even better in person. It was extremely clean, the facial recognition entry system is simply fantastic. There is a small market practically inside the condominium without lines and at a reasonable price. There is a pedestrian exit that goes out in front of the beach, you don't need to take the car out of the garage to go out to dinner downtown. Another good factor is that the location cuts off much of the traffic to go to the northern beaches. And the leisure inside the condominium is great with clean pools and clean saunas. Very good.

For the second time I stay with Mayra in her wonderful apartment in this city I'm passionate about. Everything in Mayra's apartment counts for a fantastic experience (location, layout of the apartment in the building, neighborhood, condominium, rooms, very comfortable balcony and the wonderful view of Itaguá beach). Only have great adjectives to qualify my second lodging and if Mayra allows it, I'll be back more often for sure!

It was great days, both Isabela when her husband Tiago responded promptly, the apê is exactly as they describe in the ad. Super well located, very quiet, close to the beach, and the great differential for my stay were the included beach items, such as chairs, thermal boxes and parasol, and I would not be able to take all this on the trip. Micheli, an extremely considerate host! We arrived before the time and she was super flexible in letting us perform the check inn. Excellent, clean and organized apartment! Great location. I loved the toy library right in front of the apartment door, my son loved to play there.

Well located and exactly as in the pictures, clean apartment with everything working. Please note that check-out occurs at 9am and not 11am as is common on some airbnb's, but this was described on the reservation and I failed to observe. Helpful and extremely polite hosts.

It was great. We loved the place. Very quiet, very helpful hosts. Easy access to boating. Everything very clean and working. The fact of having a washing machine makes everything easier. the guidelines were very clear. we managed to get in and out quietly. The pool and the view from above is very beautiful. All quiet. Equipped and clean house. Pleasant condominium, access to the river is a differential. We'll come back again when we can.

The space is even bigger and more beautiful in person, held all 15 family members in comfort, the pool was very clean, as was the whole house. The host is very helpful and is quick to respond to messages.

I have been staying at Kazon's house for 10 days ,great place very quiet condominium,home with excellent space with supermarket very close to and very close to the beach ,host very quick to respond and give assistance thank you very much next year for sure I will be back !
