We had a great experience! The space is very large, with comfortable beds and air conditioning working perfectly, which ensured a lot of comfort. The kitchen is well equipped and everything was clean. Célia was very attentive and always responded quickly to our questions. The location is good, and the nearby beaches are beautiful, perfect for relaxing. I recommend it for those seeking peace and comfort!

It was an amazing experience, we felt at home. The space is fully integrated with nature, in front of the beach, with preserved native forest, almost an ecological sanctuary, with several species of birds, that gave us good morning, every day. A super pleasant and enjoyable setting. The house is super functional, large, fresh, full of nets, an invitation to rest.

Cozy environment, close to the center and shopping. 10 minutes walking to the beach. Local very quiet and with lots of vegetation and birds around. Our stay was very good, I would go back and recommend it.

It was an excellent stay! Although the pool is shared with the residents/visitors of two other houses, this did not cause us any discomfort or lack of privacy, we were well served and Neander is a person of easy communication and very kind!

House well equipped and close to the beach All according to listing descriptions. Pool shared with other apartments on the same lot, but it was super quiet for the kids to enjoy the pool at the end of the day. The condominium is quiet and has restaurants, vendinha, bakery, mini pharmacy... We were very pleased and intend to return. The only criticism, for improvement purposes, is that when we got home it had an unpleasant odor. I think due to it being closed and there was a return of sewage odor. But when you ventilated the house and put disinfectant in the drains, the bad smell is gone.

The stay was super quiet. House well clean and super complete with everything my family needed. Pedro and Vânia are attentive and always respond quickly. I and my family recommend the house with all certainty.

Dermort's house is ideal for those looking for peace of mind and a place to relax. Great for spending time with family or spending time with friends. Well-equipped kitchen for those who enjoy cooking and good infrastructure near the pool. We found everything very clean and organized, and we had a great stay. Angela and Rafael are always available to assist in any way necessary, including many tips from the region. We loved the house The kids had a great time. We hope to come back one day!!!

The house is sensational. Wake up with the sun rising, walking a few steps and being on the edge of the beach is indescribable. The house is very cozy and in a very reserved place. Walking a few meters in the yard, opening the gate and going out on the beach, it's almost as if the beach was yours. Birds, monkeys, crabs… the house is in the woods, which allows to be in contact with the wildlife every day. Cumuru by itself is a paradise, but being able to enjoy the village while enjoying the house is very good. There are a few small establishments near the house for snacks and drinks in the evening. About a 10 minute walk. But if you want more options, the house is 10 minutes away from the center by car. Near the beaches of Moreira, Calambrião, Imbassoaba, Barra do cahy. For the bravest, 1 hour and a half to Corumbau. The house is worth every cent of the stay. It would always come back.

My family and I like more of the house, very well assembled and organized, the structure of the condominium, the feeling of security and the best, a few meters from the beach. The condominium is 16km from downtown Prado and 15km from Alcobaça, I suggest going by car, as there is a lot of good beach nearby, but you have to have a car, however if you want to stay just there, you will definitely enjoy the beach and you will rest a lot. The host is also top, super attentive, gave us tips from the region and always responded when I needed to clarify any questions, congratulations.

The check-in was carried out by his mother, who was very friendly during the delivery of the house and necessary explanations. As we were a large group, including children, we hired extra help with the cleaning and kitchen during our stay, following the indication given to us by Caroline. We only have compliments to the nominees, who have helped a lot, and we have to highlight Grazy, who is an excellent full-handed cook and a person's sympathy. The property is very close to the beach and a kiosk. The condominium has a convenience store that serves in the basics; otherwise, you need to go to the supermarket, which is 15 minutes away.
