The house is very comfortable and spacious, as in the photos, fully equipped kitchen, screen in all the windows and doors, the showers work well and the outdoor shower is great for taking sand from the beach and to face the hottest days. Comfortable beds. The house has all the amenities I recommend to bring bedding, basic cooking items (oil, salt, coffee,etc...) and hygiene (toilet paper, soap, towels) that are for personal use as Claudio himself guides. The house is very close to the beach by a super quiet path and has saved close lives. Cláudio is a helpful and very kind host who has served us in everything we need quickly, I highly recommend the stay in this paradise! We will certainly return!

Extremely comfortable and pleasant house, we don't miss everything we need to find in the house. Privileged location, you can go to the beach by foot, bakery and a few nearby trades! Casa with total privacy, and I believe that up to 5 parking spaces. We went in 3 truck and we had no problems with the garage. Casa really sleeps 8 people peacefully. Without doubt one of the best in the region !

The villa super met expectations. Simple place, but all super organized and clean! Quiet and well located place, close to restaurants and easy access to the beaches. Dona Vera, who helps Adriana is very dear and helps with matters of the house if needed. Adriana is very requested and was always attentive so that the stay would be quiet and comfortable. Optimum very wide with several suites, a suggestion would be to light up the lawn, and the barbecue a little larger. The location is great in front of the beach all close by.

Our stay in Iguape was wonderful! Very good and clean pool, the room is great, you have a lot of privacy and solitude. My husband and I had a great trip. I recommend it!

Very quiet area, close to the sea and a lagoon, good so you don't like much movement. Comfortable and complete house, perfectly accommodated my 10 family members. From the kitchen and some upstairs rooms you can see the ocean. Very nice barbecue area and pool, everyone liked it.

The house matches exactly Airbnb's descriptions. It has a swimming pool, barbecue, the house is well taken care of and has a large space, not to mention the beautiful garden! Thus, it was possible to take advantage of both the beach of Balneário Araçá, which is very close, and Luciana's house. The neighbourhood responsible for the guests' reception - Dona Salete - is extremely solicitous and kind. And I leave a special thank you to her husband - Mr. Lucas - because we had an issue with the battery of our car and he lent us his battery until we were able to solve it. Would definitely recommend!

The house is great,spacious, in a very quiet neighborhood with no noise or movement. The nearby beaches tbm are very quiet. great place to rest and relax.

The house is excellent, a great option for those who want to enjoy a swimming pool beyond the beach. It has all the appliances and essential utensils, including an air fryer. In addition to the cooktop in the kitchen and a stove in the outdoor area, which makes it very easy to cook in the house. The bedrooms are large, one of them being a suite. The bathrooms are also very good and spacious. The outdoor area has plenty of space, even with the pool that has a great size. The garage is a little small and gives a job to park a large car, but we still managed to put an SUV and a small hatch. Leave on the street is also not a problem, it has space in front of the house and the place is safe. Lastly, Diego was a fantastic host, responded to all the super fast messages and made us super comfortable. I recommend your stay and we will definitely be back at the next time.

The house is very wide, ventilated, with comfortable internal and external space. It was with great cleaning and with various kitchen appliances. The location is good and a quiet district. The host Sueliy always responded quickly, kindly, and it was very smooth the check-in and check-out. I recommend it!

I loved the house, very well located, the space is very good for children has a very nice backyard, all clean and organized, the house offers everything for a quiet stay, well ventilated space, better that is in the photo, the place is so calm that you can listen to the sea of the house, many colorful birds with its wonderful corners, we had the opportunity to walk to the beach with our 4-year-old daughter, deserted beach, we only had us practically. The island is beautiful and full of attractions, Lucas is very polite and always ready to answer any doubts. I will certainly return super recommend to everyone.

Casa clean and comfortable, very faithful to the announcement. Serves well those who like to be in close contact with nature. The kitchen is complete and the natural water pool has been greatly leveraged. This is my second time at this property and again we were very well served by Anderson.

It was very nice the four days we stayed in this super cozy space that gave us that feeling of being at home. The house is large, super clean and organized, and is less than 5 min walk from the beach, with all the support materials, trams and utensils we needed. Paula was super attentive, passing the information of the place, recommending restaurants and responding promptly. There is already a desire of all of us to return to Jureia and we will get back to Paula again.
