Simply the best beach apartment for vacation. Completely clean, tidy, equipped and extremely smelling apartment, something that surprises, given that the stay is never perfect, but this apartment was perfect.

We were well received by Sheila, on time at the agreed time. Apartamento clean, organized, well equipped. It had everything we needed. Although it is a little distant from the beach it didn't get in the way of anything, we managed to get by car and leave parked closer. The stay was great!

Carol was totally attentive, always responding to messages promptly. She made a script about where to eat in the area. From the first contact with her, to the exit of the property, very assertive communication.

The apartment is very spacious, clean, bright, it does not smell of mold, it has a beautiful view of the sea of all the rooms and the living room, the beach is wonderful, super private and easy to access. Great adult and children's pools, always clean and a deck with a wonderful view! Raquel always helpful, served us promptly, Luciane who received us, very helpful and polite! Super recommend!

Extremely polite and cordial host, check-in was very quiet and the apartment was great! Very organized and with a lot of privacy, great condominium, with very kind staff and neighbors, as well as being very clean and safe. We were happy as if we were at home. Great choice!

We like it very much, great location, the building is very nice, very clean, very good pool, bathroom of the common area always clean. It even had ice machine. 24 hrs porter, all very polite. The apartment is exactly as in the description, very nice. We will definitely be back.

Outdoor area (delicious pool and barbecue) wonderful, neat, clean and functional. Rooms with great mattresses and pillows. Sala we barely use, but functional and practical. Kitchen has a lot of utensils, but it lacks some organization, it was a little messy, so it was hard to find some things. But new fridge, horizontal freezer, pretty cool. Bathroom of the great suite, the one in the other two bedrooms the box is very small. Easy access but far from the famous beaches of São Sebastião. Simply incredible homemade Maria! I highly recommend it!

I was greeted by the hostess in an incredible way, always very polite and attentive. She made sure everything was perfect, helping us whenever needed. The experience was wonderful and I will definitely come back more often. I totally recommend it!

Very good. Érica and her husband great hosts. The only thing that would be interesting to review the staircase for the bedrooms, for elderly people a little tricky to use, (charming but very inclined, rsrsrs ) but because of the conversation we had with Érica she has been with the house for a short time and is making the necessary adjustments. The house is very good, spacious, very good swimming pool and was clean daily. Thank you very much, when possible we will be back for sure.,☺️.

Great residence in a gated condominium, with two large suites, living room with TV and Wi-Fi, full kitchen, lavabo, barbecue and laundry room. Air conditioning in every room. It has all the necessary appliances, including even to a toaster. Everything works perfectly. Quiet and quiet environment, with easy access to the beach, shopping mall, center, bakery and restaurants. We enjoyed fifteen wonderful days on the property, and the host, Mr. Adilson, showed great promptness, promptly responding to all our requests and questions. We will return for sure.

The perfect accommodation, Patrícia is super attentive and careful. All very clean and organized. There is a very good supermarket on the same street. I highly recommend it.

Roberto was a great host. It was very flexible with our check-in and check-out, it promptly responded to us at all times when it was triggered. The house is great with all the necessary utensils. We feel at home and will be back for sure!

He from the beginning was helpful and attentive and helped me with a lot of information about the beaches, restaurants, etc. The apartment is a grace, super functional and well clean! You need to bring linen and towels! In the rooms are fans and the air-conditioning is in the living room. Todo telado. Close to the Martim de Sá beach! We love it!

I went with only my family of 5 people and it was top! very cozy! excellent neighborhood, and the most top is that there is a supermarket in front!

The apartment is well located with market and others nearby, somewhere around 10 minutes walking or three minutes by car. The condominium has excellent beach service and parking.
