Holiday rentals with a patio in Pozzuoli

We spent 9 nights in Maurizio's apartment and felt very much at home. The apartment is generously sized, has a large terrace, is very clean and renovated. There were four of us with 2 small children and the apartment was very good for us. The beach is a few minutes away on foot, as well as nice restaurants and a small supermarket. Bus stop directly outside. The street is a bit noisy and a few times a week you can hear music in the evening, but the bedroom faces back and the kids slept very well with windows. In the bedroom there is even air conditioning but the rooms are nice and cool and we didn't need it. Maurizio is a great host, very helpful, chatty and willing to accommodate any need. We got great tips and enjoyed our stay in Ischia!

it was a pleasure to stay at Alex's place, clean, beautiful view, nice and quite, everything you need , short walk to great restaurants. nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of amalfi and positano. approx 10min via bus either way

an amazing host and an amazing apartment!

We spent five days in Naples at Antonio's place. Check-in was easy as everything was well marked. The neighborhood is a little out of the way but there are bus stops nearby to get to the center or the train station to discover the area. Shops are nearby.

Luigi was a great host! From the beginning he went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable by showing us all of the amenities of this modern penthouse apartment. We felt safe and enjoyed the privateness of the condo and huge terrace. We appreciated the food items like the Melba toast, basic food prep spices, oils, jams, Nutella and the welcome basket of wine, nuts and bottle of Prosecco. He recommended places to eat at and attractions to see. The convenience of the nearby train stations was a plus. We wished we could have stayed longer!

This was one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in. It was super clean and the location was incredible. The host was so helpful with directions to get to the apartment and recommendations for local food and activities. The kitchen was fully stocked with all that you would need for an extended stay. Blue Vista Positano was so wonderful! They helped us with arranging transportation with Rainbow limos that was absolutely perfect. The home was clean, as described, comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The host was communicative and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to stay, it is important to note that this home is not walkable to the main city and using the city bus is needed, which can often be full in the morning and in the evening meaning you either have to walk a far distance with a lot of steps or wait another hour. We worked our way around it and got in a lot of walking, not a negative to the property just something to consider if there are limitations on mobility. We were very happy with our stay and would stay again at this property.

If you want to see, feel, and taste Positano stay here. This place is amazing. I can’t emphasize enough that if you are planning on visiting the absolute beautiful village of Positano you should stay here. This place will always stay in my wife and my memories. Some of the best ever memories were made here. But there is more. Imara, the co-host is over the top. She went way beyond the norm to make sure our stay was a great experience. Great communication and great recommendations for things to do and where to eat. And very important, how to get around. Transportation is this beautiful little place is tricky. Imara helped us tremendously. She arranged travel from Napoli that went flawlessly. She also arranged a catered private dinner on the terrace on our last night that will go down as one of our all time favorite nights. And we travel extensively. Hands down……..Casa Viva and Imara are what you hope you find when you travel. Thank you for a real good time!!!!!!

Wow. This place was fantastic. Very clean, spacious and the views are incredible, better than the pictures honestly. The large walk out patio with retractable awning give you the perfect place to hang out before or after all of the steps. Yes, this is quite a walk from the beach (30ish mins), but there’s a small grocery shop right down the street and a great restaurant steps from the entrance to this place. There is a bus stop just down the street and that bus will take you down the mountain if you’d like. We walked up and down every day and after the first day we were used to it. You’re expecting to walk a lot in Positano after all. Our only complaint was that we ran out of coffee pods for the coffee maker after day 2 (we stayed for 7) and couldn’t find any compatable pods in any of the nearby shops so we just had to get our coffee each morning from the bar about a ten minute walk from here. Highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway!

We were 2 friends and the accommodation is perfect for 2 people. I slept in the bedroom on the double bed and my friend was sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. It's very bright and the garden is a paradise!!! It's very easy to get around Sorrento to visit. It's a very quiet place in nature. Stefano is very responsive and answers any questions we may have. It shows all the activities you can do. He even booked a restaurant reservation for us. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Accommodation was very well equipped and spacious (we are a family of 5) and the beds were very comfortable. Marianna was kind enough to offer us an early check in and then was very flexible when we were delayed in Naples and were late. We pointed out that a hairdryer wasn't working and told her that it didn't matter to us but that she may want to replace before her next guests - it was replaced within hours. Extremely prompt replies to any queries and a very generous selection of treats awaited us upon arrival which delighted our children. The location is quiet and private but still easily walkable to the lovely town centre, the ruins and train stations. Only point to note is that our hire car (a BMW 5 series) only just fitted in the narrow lane approaching the house, although it was great to have safe, off street parking. A great base for a very beautiful and fascinating area.

We absolutely loved staying here! First, the location is perfect as your right in the beating historic heart of the city and the apartment was comfortable, clean and perfect for us. The Host was really responsive and we are very grateful to him for his advice and meeting and greeting us and helping us to arrange a taxi home (plus helping with bags). We loved Naples but the experience was heightened by staying in such a perfect place which we throughly recommend! 5 STARS! (with garlands)!!

The place had amazing views and lots of comfort! We stayed there for a week of home office, had great internet connection and comfortable spots to work in :) The area is very safe as well, we had good parking spots for the car! The location was also great to do trips, Positano is only 30 minutes, sorrento 10, and starting point of nice hikes 15 min away. The hot tub was a very nice addition too for relaxing in the evenings! The only negative we found was the smell of the house, it is a bit older and built into the side of the mountain so naturally has a bit of smell. It’s not too bad, I would just recommend to open windows a lot 😊

We really felt at home. The apartment is clean and really cozy. Equipped with everything you need. Giacomo is much more than kind, he advised us on the best way to reach the apartment (I would not want to write it so as not to make it sound like an included service but he picked us up at the station and accompanied us on the day of departure). He provided us with directions to nearby amenities and restaurants. Always ready to respond to each request. The best Airbnb I've ever lived in. Thank you

This place was almost perfect for what we wanted. The view was great even on cloudy days. Our style is walking and public transport. The location is good for that. A little far from Metro stations but the walk and neighborhoods are quite nice, full of real nice people. So nice because you can be a tourist sometimes then feel like you came back to your neighborhood home in Arenella area and particularly Medaglie d'oro. La Padella, Supero and other places made life good. Most important was our very supportive and responsive host. If there was something needed the response was fast. Great. We will never forget this experience and the people and their kindness, food, coffee, wine, water, beauty, history of Naples. Sincerest thanks Chiara!
