Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Potomac River

This place was amazing. It was easy finding a short walk from parking. You could see your car right from the window. If you did the public parking she was very responsive and had the living room TV playing music you could hear when you were walking up to the door. Way better than a five star hotel.

The apartment is everything you see. Close to Metro and Reston Town Center. Wegmans being in the same building is a short walk downstairs. Hassen is very responsive with any troubleshooting issues in the building.

This place was super cozy, clean, and homely, with so much to do in the area. Top tier space with plenty of peace and privacy. Prime location close to everything. Only part I didn’t like is when I had to leave! Definitely recommend and will be staying again.

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy and charming Airbnb! The location is ideal for getting to Crystal City and Pentagon City, with tons of food options nearby and plenty of local attractions to explore. It’s perfect for dog owners, too – parks and trails are literally right outside the door, making it super convenient for morning or evening walks. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great area!

It's a beautiful well-kept home in a nice neighbourhood. Joyce is a gracious host, and a pleasure to talk to. She left treats for our dog and fresh farm eggs for us. The Kitchen has everything you need, even spices. Thanks Joyce.

Great location in DC. Place was immaculate and had everything we needed. We did need to plug in the outlets to get WiFi and the projector working (Super cool!). Parking garage was a little dicey to maneuver but we figured it out!

Place was clean and welcoming not to mention 4/20 friendly although the space was nice i had an early check in and had to wait outside for awhile because the top lock was locked and there was no key left but Tierra had someone open the door as soon as possible i would always recommend this stay

This was a great location for exploring harpers ferry and snow tubing! This Airbnb had literally everything we needed for a group dinner at home, and was really cozy and homey. Would highly recommend!

The view doesn’t get much better than this! This was a spacious, well kept, clean, fun place to call home for a long weekend away. Dogs loved it and it was great for the baby, too. Plenty to do in the cabin and within an hour drive. Host was responsive to any minor questions we had along the way. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay, especially if you have kids and/or dogs. There are many outdoor activities for the kids and the upstairs bedroom has many toys to entertain them as well. There were place settings geared towards my daughter and son individually. They also loved the little treasure hunt set up for them. Water and food bowls were set up for our dogs, as well as a dog bed and covers on the couches for them. It was very relaxing for adults with many options to enjoy the property, whether inside or outside on the various decks (one is enclosed which is great for dogs), in the hot tub, or the fenced in grass area (also had seating).

We had a wonderful stay at Helm Haven! The house was perfect for our needs. We visited with two families, including 6 children ages 7 to 14. There was so much for the kids to do without even leaving the house: air hockey, ping pong, a movie theater room, arcade games, a rock wall, indoor swing, lots of board games, and more. We had a very rainy winter weekend so we did not take full advantage of the beach, but being stuck inside all day was never a problem with the gorgeous view and provided indoor entertainment. Though our kids are older, I could see that the hosts had also provided so many amenities for younger children as well. It's an ideal family getaway spot. The adults enjoyed all of the amenities as well. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including some leftover pantry items that would have been annoying to buy for just one weekend. The house was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. It felt like being at home, in the best way.

We had a great trip. This place is great for kids. We had to cancel our tubing reservation because of rain. The kids barely noticed because there was so much to do at the house. They loved the hot tub and the game room the most. There was also comfortable space for the adults to relax. No one was ever bored, we would love to come back! Thank you for a great stay!

Great space. The privacy trees in front were helpful with some of the street noise. Would love to have used the outdoor spaces if it weren’t so cold (it’s early February) Beautiful home. Huge kitchen and entertaining spaces. It was nice to find a large home with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for large families! Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful stay at Joel’s house exclamation our family came for a birthday get together for our two sons turning 37 and 39. We had an exceptionally great time. Even though it rained partially on Saturday and all day Sunday, we had planned to go to do different adventures those days like the waterpark, which is a wonderful option. Loved all the amenities and everything in the resort area. We arrive the day before Valentines so my husband and I did a date day with ski lessons and my son and his wife did a date night at Campfire Grill, which they loved, and the food was great Everything is very close to that location so we could almost just walk down the street and go to the snow tubing the skiing and in the spring many of the adventure park amenities. I just can’t say enough about the house and how well equipped and comfortable. It was for a large family gathering and our hosts were exceptionally responsive and very friendly. We hope to stay there this coming spring again.

This place is absolutely beautiful. It truly is a little slice of heaven. We spent a wonderful weekend here and will be back again in the future.

Chatty was a great host, we were able to easily park the car, find the AIRBNB, find the cooking tools, connect to wifi. and the area is very convenient, bikeshare and playground just 1min away. Reston metro is 5min drive. We had a great Christmas and New Year staying here!

The Moon Base was incredible! Super stylish, very well oriented. So much to do in the neighborhood, and it was very very walkable. Only advice if you're renting: bring an overnight bag. The stairway down is a little tight and my girlfriend's HUGE luggage was a little tricky to get down. But if you're visiting Baltimore, want a nice relaxing neighborhood experience, cool things nearby, great restaurants and chill vibes - this is your place. A total deal. Thanks, Casey!
