Very nice house and perfectly equipped for family holidays. There was nothing missing! Everything is in perfect condition and very nice. A house perfectly located for discovering the beaches of the Asturias and doing beautiful hikes . Nacho is very friendly and communication was easy . I recommend ++++

The house is spacious, the kitchen and dining room in the same space, occupying the first floor, along with a bathroom. The fireplace comes very well for the winter and we use it with the firewood that the hostess left us. The three rooms and the second bathroom are on the second floor. The master bedroom is spacious, with a sofa included and with exit to a large balcony. The surroundings of the house is landscaped with a pool and a very spacious gazebo to be able to be and eat out. It has a barbecue. I think the price is not bad compared to other houses in the area. I would definitely come back if I'm approaching here again. A very special natural environment for walking and enjoying nature.

We were 3 friends, we want to do trekking in the area of canes and Fuente Dé. We were very pleased, recommended.

We had a great stay, the house was very clean and Jose was such a lovely guy. He was always contactable. He gave us lots of recommendations on things to do and places to visit which we did and throughly enjoyed them all. The pool was beautiful and our kids really enjoyed it. Check in and out was flexible which was excellent.

The place was as described, even better. The photos do not do the house justice, being much wider than it seems. Impeccable cleanliness and very simple communication with the host, who left us local recommendations and some welcome groceries. Comfortable beds, showers with good flow and efficient heating, which provided the house with great comfort. The kitchen well equipped and with enough utensils. The wood-fired oven and barbecue, just great. The house is very quiet, with a south facing garden and in a setting of great tranquility. To put a pega, there is no supermarket in the village, needing a small commute (5 minutes) by car to buy bread or other supplies. In short, a great experience and totally recommended.

Soly has responded immediately to our questions. We have facilitated a high chair and crib. Ideal house to disconnect. Somewhat isolated area, but with a small village 7 minutes by car with shops, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. The house is accurate to the description. Very spacious and equipped kitchenette. Modern renovated bathrooms with good showers. As a contras I would say that the 2 large beds on the top floor are soft and somewhat uncomfortable.q

The house is beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. We loved that it combined the tranquility of the village with the proximity to emblematic sites, excursions and walking spots. It is close to both the mountain and the sea, and a few meters away a restaurant that ate fable. We will definitely be back.

My family stayed at Ramon’s place for a few days while visiting Santander. The location is amazing, with ocean views and walking distance to 2 beaches. The house has a lot of space for everyone to settle in and the yard is great for the kids to play. Very peaceful location with all the amenities close by, would definitely come back to Ramon’s place.

Maria and Cesar are very welcoming hosts, and full of good tips for visiting the area. The house is spotless, very comfortable, and nicely decorated. Very good experience.

A fantastic house in a beautiful location. Poo de Llanes is a wonderful place for families with younger children and we had a wonderful time being able to walk to the beach. The house itself is full of character, was in pristine condition, and had everything you’d want or need. Surprisingly big garden too. Isabel is a great host. The place and parking could have been difficult to find with just a map but the instructions and support made this really easy. We appreciated the recommendations too.

Very special stay and totally recommended accommodation. Maria was 100% pending, from booking to checkout. We were 8 adults and a little girl and enjoyed it. Very coquettish and equipped house. The garden is a dream. We repeat for sure!!

A quiet, picturesque and well located place, with the beach very close to walking, the only thing more complicated is the parking , because in August it is a stop of tourism and there are few places to park.

We had a great time at the house. Everything you need. The location in a very nice quiet little village next to Cabezón de la sal and a few minutes drive from the beach. Rocío very maja, has given us directions for things to do in the surroundings and recommendations for places to eat. We'll definitely repeat it.

The house is fantastic. As it appears in the ad. Although hosts are in the next door home, the privacy is total. They are very kind and helpful, but also very discreet. You can't say anything about it. Highly recommended.

This place is stunning, if you surf it’s just dreamy. Depending on the forecast you may need to walk the beach a bit to find the right waves for your skill level but knowing you can walk to the beach, surf, and then walk back to your home is just the best. Due to the price it’s not a place we will stay regularly but it’s perfect for a special occasion.

A fantastic traditional house well situated for enjoying Comillas town and beach. This is a home from home feel, the house has clearly been used as a personal holiday home for decades and so it is filled with comfy details, interesting things and a very well equipped kitchen. There is WiFi too, which pleased the teenagers in the party. Parking is a little tricky at high season (July-August) but the main road above the house is a good place to find a spot if the closer by parking is full. We recommend Quo Vadis restaurant for Pizza and lovely pasta. Our group took great advantage too of the surfing beach 10 mins drive away from the house. Oyambre Surf company had surf board for hire on a walk in basis at the beach. Comillas is perfect for a multi-generational family holiday. Thanks to Florian and Veronica for their help.

Cozy village house that has a large terrace with spectacular views of the valley. No matter if it was sunny or fog, the landscape was quite a spectacle. The house is located in a quiet and easily accessible village. Contact with the owner was very quick at all times. It was an ideal place to enjoy Christmas as a family.

We had a great time, amazing views. Despite being a small town it is close to all the necessary amenities. Around you have many villages and things to do. You are close to amazing places. Ricardo is always attentive, 100% recommended, we will definitely be back.
