Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Portslade, Brighton and Hove

We had a wonderful two-night stay at James’s house. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach, making it a truly relaxing getaway. The house is well-equipped with everything you need, and the communication with the host was excellent. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home and hope to visit again. Rachel is a thoughtful and welcoming host. She gave us all the information we needed as well as local food recommendations. She was flexible with check in and out times which we really appreciated. The space was just as nice as in the pictures, if not better. Having a kids play room and a garden was a huge bonus travelling with a child - it was all very child friendly. The bedrooms were comfortable and the home was super clean. Rachel ensured we had everything we needed and more. The home is close to Hove beach which was lovely.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Lovely place, very comfortable for 4 adults, had everything we needed. Super clean and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the easy one hour walk to Brighton alongside the beach.

I cannot recommend this property enough! The house was absolutely beautiful and exceeded all expectations—it was the perfect setting for my mum’s 60th birthday surprise. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our stay comfortable and memorable. The space was immaculate, stylish, and cozy, with everything we needed to celebrate such a special occasion. The hosts were incredibly attentive and accommodating, which made the experience even better. I’m so glad I booked this property—it truly made the weekend unforgettable. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and will be recommending it to all my friends and family.

We had a great stay at Sillwood Mews! It was the best location - quiet but a short walk to everything. Lovely coffee houses, cafes and restaurants pretty much on the doorstep and of course the seafront is a two min walk! The house is lovely, clean and spacious with comfy beds. Jayne was an excellent host. We had a small issue with parking on arrival (due to some other residents in the Mews not parking with consideration) but Jayne responded to our queries immediately and was very helpful. We will definitely stay again when we return to Brighton!

Perfect for 9 ladies we had a great time in Brighton in a great location, lot's of tea coffee , milk etc and Prosecco. only issue for us( being of a certain age) was lot's of stairs,we coped easily only one lady found it a bit difficult,only mentioned this for anyone with mobility issues . Brill location for exploring Brighton . Seven Dials itself was a quiet & cute area of Brighton . Great location about 10 mins walk from station . The flat was spotless & plenty of room for 3 pals staying . Would def re book ! Arlene was helpful & communication was spot on . Thank you !!!!! :))))

Thank You, June - it was the second time we have stayed with you this year and it really feels like a "home from home". Quiet and private but close enough to the Marina or the City when we needed to be out and about. We stayed for a long weekend and had an amazing time at Caroline's place. Everything was as described. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous courtyard garden and the absolutely amazing location. So many places to get delicious food nearby and just over the road from Sea Lanes swimming pool - perfect for a sauna and sea swim. The house is full of really cool little details and we felt perfectly at home. Would definitely recommend

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

I booked Olivia’s place as a last minute getaway and everything was absolutely perfect! Olivia is so so kind and lovely, and she responded very quick to any of my messages, going above and beyond to make sure i had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. The check in and check out was super easy and i was provided with plenty of information for all aspects of my stay so that i didn’t really need to reach out with any enquiries. The apartment is in a perfect location, yet private, cute and cozy. The balcony was an amazing addition! Can’t recommend this place enough! :)

A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location by Hove Lawns . Well kept and maintained. Good quality bed linen and towels. A very peaceful place to stay: A bonus having the lovely outside space which our fur baby enjoyed too . We will definitely be staying here again . Joanne was a wonderful host and was very responsive to all messages . Thank you !!

Wow! We have stayed at enough places to know how great this experience truly was. All of the little extra touches absolutely made this our favorite home we have stayed in. Ever. The location is fantastic and close to everything you may need. This was our final stay in a week long visit to the UK to celebrate my son’s graduation and I couldn’t be happier with how we wrapped it up. Thank you Sarah! If we ever return to Brighton (which is such a lovely area) we will absolutely stay here again!

Stephen & James are perfect hosts. Communication 1st rate. The apartment was fabulous and view totally awesome. Though the weather was cold and damp at the time of our stay, the apartment was always a comfortable temperature. The location could not be better. I'd defiantly recommend this Penthouse Penthouse apartment and will happily book again when returning to Brighton.

Whether you’re planning a funfilled time or relaxing break away, I can honestly confirm that Siobhan’s place is the perfect place to stay. All that is advertised was found to be accurate, detailed guide provided useful information about the house and outside in the community.

Amazing place to stay whilst in Brighton. We came for the Brighton half marathon and the location is perfect, super close to town and the seafront. The apartment is spotless and very modern. Underfloor heating is awesome too. Can’t recommend enough. Thanks Steve and Lou 😊
