In reality, Marko's house is even nicer than the pictures can show! It is very tastefully decorated, everything looks light and fresh and you immediately feel at home! The large balcony offers an incredibly beautiful view of the azure sea, which delighted us again every morning. The very well-kept pool is a pleasant size (about 16x8 m, to 2.5 m deep on one side) and we used it daily. Comfortable loungers with a small sunshield are available in sufficient numbers. We loved the covered patio for meals. The kitchen is extraordinarily well equipped, as is the whole house!! Coming from Capoliveri, the house is located in a left turn on the top right of the mountain. (Note the number 6 sign!) All in all a wonderful place to spend your holiday. A car is helpful to visit the many beautiful beaches and explore the island. Marko is a superb host! Clear recommendation!!

Very friendly hosts, they met us on a road and accomanied to their place. You can park your car right by the home in the gated area. They have gorgeous and modern home with 2 levels. All furniture, appliances and staff are new. Very comfortable beds and a sofa. You will have a big terrace where you can enjoy a dinner with fabulous sunset. I would highly recommend that place especially for families with kids.

Having traveled to quite a few places I can honestly say this was one of the nicest accommodations I've ever stayed at. Very quiet and relaxing place, very friendly host, we had a perfect time.

Great location and outdoor space! We especially liked the pool, the view, that there were several seating groups and the proximity to the city center. 10/10 Indoors it was ok, so for us it was the outdoor area that made the holiday brilliant! We would gladly came back.

Beautiful bungalow with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and private veranda. Great communal pool and well-kept garden with deck chairs. From the house, everything can be reached in a few minutes by car! Good internet, wifi and mobile network theoretically allow work from anywhere. Easy check-in and out.

We spent 2.5 great, relaxing week at the place and felt super comfortable. The place is exactly as described and Eleonora and Michele are very friendly and accommodating hosting. If we come back to Elba, we'll be happy to come back!

There were two of us staying for 10 days. The place was very clean and cozy. It is located in the countryside in a small private settlement and it is quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is an induction stove but no oven. From the balcony you have a very nice view of the sea. Since the place is a bit remote, a car is highly recommended to get to the next place, for example, shopping. Also the pools by the sea were still open in September. The small bay is great for swimming and snorkeling and is within walking distance of a few minutes. There is a free parking spot in front of the house, but you have to walk about 30 stairs. Elisabetta was always very nice and helpful. She had tips and recommendations and was quick to reach. Tip: always close all food well and leave no crumbs on the floor, otherwise ants will come quickly. But it wasn't a problem for us. We felt very comfortable. Thank you.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

A small corner of relaxation and tranquility just a few steps from the beautiful and quiet beach of Nisportino. Ideal for those looking for relaxation surrounded by nature. Umberto is really a very helpful and friendly person, always ready to give advice on places and activities available on Elba. A generous person, Umberto is sociable with both the adults and the little ones, he knows how to transmit a lot of information about the plants and animals that populate the area without forgetting the historical part. The apartment enjoys a spectacular view and breathtaking sunsets in the silence of the evening, super clean and equipped with every comfort. Those looking for peace, tranquility and nature cannot miss this little pearl! Absolutely recommended!

It was beautiful! The view of the valley and the mountain, the tranquility and the house were absolutely fantastic. Communication with Giacomo was quick and easy. Highly recommended! We will be back!

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Riccardo's apartment is very cozy and delightfully furnished, very clean and with an outdoor space where you can have lunch and which was also very appreciated by our little dog. The area is residential and very quiet. In a five-minute walk you are in the village center and on the beach, the location is perfect for us! Riccardo is a really exquisite host and very helpful. Giuseppe, who welcomed us when we arrived, was also very friendly and ready for our every need. Thanks!!

Elena is a friendly always helpful host. She was always available for us and always helped if we had any questions or requests. Her pretty, well-equipped apartment does the rest, not to mention the magnificent location with the great garden and beautiful view. We highly recommend Elena and her place.

Great stay, perfect functional and clean house in a great location, peaceful and peaceful. Large convivial spaces both outdoors and indoors and useful and private parking. Possibility of a barbecue that works great. Andrea is punctual, kind and thoughtful. Overall a very good experience.

We found a clean, cosy and accommodation that meets our expectations. Frederica was very reliable and pleasant in communication. We were very interested in the island kitchen, in which we enjoyed cooking together. The rooms could easily be heated with the air conditioning (we were there in January). Very good stay in this small house quietly located in a large property outside Portoferaio. Giovanna is very inviting and passes regularly. The house is simple but it has everything you need. Cleanliness and linens. The air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms is much appreciated. Its location is great for crisscrossing the island. Recommended.

The house exceeded our expectations. It is a very peaceful little house, with a very large lawn, with outdoor shower and fountain and lots and lots of of outdoor space. There is a modern gazebo, with a large table and chairs for having meals outside, which was delightful. The house has five real sleeping places: a double bed in the master bedroom and a double decker, plus two single beds in the adjacent room. Bedrooms are spacious with a lot of storage space. Everything in Procchio, beach included, is within walking distance. This is the absolute perfect place for a family vacation.

Great house equipped with everything you need. Especially the kitchen is very well appointed. A large garden where the kids can play, plenty of play and beach stuff and the proximity to the sea, a very quiet stretch of beach, are absolute plus points! Also smooth communication. Absolutely recommended and we will be happy to come back!
