Beachfront holiday rental in Porto Taverna

Excellent week at an impressive location. Direct access to the "Cala" (small beach) from the property and really nice sea-view. The property had everything it listed and included the use of a Kayak and a SUP.

We spent 2 weeks with our two toddlers in the semi-detached house and enjoyed our time very much. The large terrace overlooking the pine forest and warm outdoor shower were our highlight. Overall, it was very quiet in the residential area with nice neighbors next door. The two beds under the roof can be reached via a steep staircase with railings. The kitchen is well equipped. The dishwasher was great. The screens in front of all doors & windows are great. So we could sleep cool at night. The nearby beach was mostly covered in seagrass in October. But still beautiful for walks and great views. Marco was always easily accessible and very helpful. The dear cleaning lady still provided us with toys. There was a sun umbrella and extra bath towels. We were allowed to stay longer on the departure day because of the late return flight. Thanks again for that! We keep our Sardinia vacation in the best memory!

Great place at Valeria's. It was located in a quiet place and not fat away from the beach! The place is well equipped and lots to do around. Recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Margherita’s house. It’s very cozy, well equipped, comfy beds, and perfect location. We loved our walk to San Teodoro (up the hill) which we did almost daily, and of course the beach which is a stone throw away. Also well located to go to some other nice beaches, only a 15 min drive. Gianfranco was super friendly and helpful, he was playing with our 2 year old and he was calling him “grandpa” and laughing all the time so he loved him too! We will definitely be returning :).

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful private place, right on the beach. Magical how you can hear the sea from inside the house. Everything you need is in the house. Antonio is a nice host and is very helpful. We definitely recommend and will come back!

Amazing location, the house is much better than what was shown in the pictures. Golfo Aranci is just the perfect combination of peace and tranquility and at the same time close enough to everything that you might want in Costa Esmeralda. We are definitely going back.

We had a very nice stay. We particularly appreciated the quiet location and the beautiful garden. You could walk to the beach in a few minutes. Restaurants and bars are also within walking distance. Those who come for kitesurfing or wind/wings surfing have it very close to the corresponding spots. The accommodation is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the area by rental car. You can easily park outside the house. Communication was flawless and very accommodating. We will be very happy to come back!

Federica is wonderful and so helpful. It is my third time staying in this complex and I have loved it every time.

The host is so friendly and very responsive. He helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is as described and pictured and has been meticulously renovated and has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and garden area for dining. The location was optimal to access a lovely beach via a short walk or a shuttle service. There is also access to the resort facilities including a pool and a restaurant onsite. The local town which is a short 2 min drive has a supermarket, bakery, cafe, gelateria and a few restaurants. The airport is a short 15 min car ride and the main town of Olbia is close by too. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and coastline on the west and northern coast of the island. We look forward to returning very soon !

We were in Olbia for 10 days and it was a very nice stay. The roof terrace is really an absolute highlight. The apartment has a nice kitchen and was in pristine condition. Communication with the hostess is very friendly and impeccable. Definitely worth a visit - thank you!

We spent an absolutely wonderful time at “Seaview Villa” with our extended family. The pictures really don’t do the villa justice - the house is gorgeous with lots of charme and coziness and the view and garden are simply breathtaking. In a short walk you reach a gorgeous beach with the clearest water imaginable and Porto Cervo and the surrounding area offer a nice variety for dinner and day trips. In general, it is very recommendable to have a car to get around the island. The communication with Valeria and Francesco was great, they were super helpful, nice and very easy to reach. Valeria gave us some awesome tips for trips, restaurants and shopping during our stay - thank you so much! Check-in and -out with Consuelo were also extremely nice and flexible, thanks you! We definitely hope to be back soon!

Great location and apartment..stunning view of the sea from the terrace. The apartment has everything you would need. Just to note we stayed at the end of the season (mid October) and most of the restaurants and bars were already closed in Baja.

What a truly wonderful home to make your own and enjoy Palau and surrounding areas.We had a fantastic time and Sara’s responsiveness and kindness was fantastic from beginning to end.We cannot recommend this place and area enough!

Communication with Michele is excellent and Paolo is available on site. House is located in a very pleasant, quiet and well-kept area. It is well equipped and you feel very comfortable. A very well-kept pool system with sufficient loungers can be reached in about 2 minutes and a beautiful swimming bay can be reached by a small path in about 5 minutes. The place is highly recommended.

It's been a wonderful place. Everything has been thought of to make the stay nice and enjoyable. It's the little things that count.

For us (family of five) the prefect spot to find peace and relaxation. Beautiful location and garden, direct beach access and very friendly communication with Fulvia, our host.

The location provides a wonderful view of the water and nearby islands. The property is big enough so that you can get away to your own private niche.

The apartment is located in a spacious and very well-maintained property vacation complex. Some of Sardinia's best beaches are nearby. We liked Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu best. But Cala Suaraccia overlooking Tavolara is also very nice. All were easily accessible on foot. The whole area is stunning and we were glad to have a fixed starting point. At the beginning of October, it is very quiet here. There was hardly anyone there. Nice for us, that was very relaxing. On the other hand, however, the mini-markets close and only a few restaurants were open. The nearest supermarket was 15 minutes away by car, so we bought groceries for the entire stay. The apartment itself impresses with the large balcony and gives a small family enough space. Internet was very good and we could easily watch movies via the Firestick we brought with us. Communication with Manuela was very friendly and helpful throughout.

Everything was great. The view of the Maddalena Archipelago from the two terraces to Corsica is beautiful. The house is easily accessible, you can easily walk to Palau. You will find everything there, every hour a ferry to La Maddalena, be sure to visit. The amenities are more than sufficient. We explored Sardinia from all over the north. The small house beach is barely 100m away and really nice. You can walk there very nicely. Maria Luisa always kept in touch and was immediately available if needed. Irene, who takes care of the property, has also embellished our stay with valuable tips. We really enjoyed our 15 days here and have no concerns about coming back here. Thanks for everything, Marisa! Very nice apartment: very clean and extremely well equipped. All bathrooms staff provided, all kitchen staff available, wash machine, very practically designed with shelves and clothes hangers in the bathroom, bedroom, entrance. Walking distance from Bados beach which is very nice with 2 nieces terraces with very nice food & drinks if we want to eat on the beach lunch or just have a drink. The choice of bed linens and bathrooms linens: white : you see it’s clean! The shower great pressure and draining well. Lights and mirrors everywhere in the house, one of the most well equipped and practically designed Airbnb I have every done. And I think we have done at least 15 or 20 Airbnb’s in the past 10 years in at least 7-8-9 countries. Thank you for such a beautiful stay ! In case you want to go to Olbia or move around on the island , a car is needed. The apartment is 10km away from Olbia airport.

This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

Mega great apartment. Loved it. Very nice furnishings. Located right on the beach. We have canceled our next listing and extended the stay. We called it Peter Pan house. I highly recommend the place. The only criticisms are: no wifi, a lot of private items from the host on site, and a non-transparent pricing policy. There is no charge as with other Airbnb's per apartment, but per guest. Otherwise, the apartment is awesome!

Had a great stay over Christmas, the cottage was in a very quiet location, close to the beach, we loved the private garden and the well equipped kitchen.
