Alessio's apartment is perfectly cut and offers plenty of space for a longer stay. It was our third holiday in Ascoli and it was the most beautiful apartment booked so far. Spending the evening with an aperitivo on the terrace is a treat! As soon as you leave the front door, you are right in the centro storico and really everything is in walking distance! I think we'll be back in a short time.

Apartment equipped with everything you need to have a nice vacation, clean and very spacious. A plus are the owners, two very kind and always available gentlemen who made us feel at home and who gave us many tips on what to visit in the area. Recommended Family Living!

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Laura's apartment is practically new, equipped with all comforts, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can spend a few hours of absolute relaxation; the location is nothing short of excellent, just cross the street to be on the beach and enjoy the umbrella included in the price! Laura was very ready to accommodate our request to book a second umbrella near the first one. Thanks to the proximity of the shops in the city center and the excellent restaurants on the waterfront, we were able not to use the car for the whole week, an element that definitely contributes to the relaxation of the holiday. Nearby there is ample parking available, just be patient in the busiest hours of the waterfront. Overall an extremely positive experience!

Nicol was a top-notch host, total flexibility, and ease of access to the listing and at check-in and checkout. Nicol provides all the directions that may be useful, including tips and tips on restaurants in the area, and is proactive and available for any eventuality. In addition, the accommodation has a strategic location being close to the center (on foot), the beaches, the activities to experience the Conero (port) and the main road branches.

I had a great stay at Luigi's. Well-equipped apartment with very fast wifi. A few steps from the city center, the train station, the waterfront, and close to everything you need Idl Conad tobacco shop and right below the house a great Soriano coffee restaurant. Luigi was a great hosting and very nice, and his availability to meet me with my early checkout for a family problem was much appreciated. Luigi's place is not missing anything, I felt at home. I would definitely go back if I went back to SBT. Highly recommended

Satisfied with Edoardo's stay, always ready by phone for our every need. Recommended for hiking in and around Monte Conero area. We took advantage of the outdoor spaces with a great grill. Convenient parking space to the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with salt, sugar, oil, coffee, tea

We liked the stay in Pollenza, partly because of the very friendly host, Paolo. Amazing view over the Marche Hills, charming house with lots of character, but therefore very simple in terms of kitchen and bathroom. But the luxury of air conditioning, spacious rooms, large balcony and cozy garden. Nearby, there is much to do and the village of Pollenza is beautiful. Delightfully enjoyed a cup of coffee among the Italians, very friendly.

Fausto's house is very high quality, garden, terrace, parking,everything there. Very quiet . He is very nice and helpful. We were there with bikes,and explored the beautiful surroundings and beaches. We'd love to come back

Availability and friendliness are the watchwords of the owners! Comfortable, spacious, modern, clean and equipped with everything you need to spend a carefree vacation! We spent 12 fantastic days with five (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, grounds, pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. Amenities and cleanliness of the house are to a high standard and according to the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, suitable for the area, sustainable and made of high quality materials. The nature pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly laid out. The entire outdoor area is in amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always trying to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

I stayed for 4 weeks and it was great for one person. It’s a small apt with everything you need, in a great location. Elena was a great hostess with excellent communication.

The place is exactly as described in the listing and therefore perfect for a group of friends from 6-7 people. The host is extremely willing to answer any questions, responding to our contacts in a very short time. The house is very welcoming and has everything you need for a quiet weekend. One of the highlights is the balcony view, which allows you to enjoy the sunset.

Great experience, Martina was a very kind host, always available for any request. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, very clean and well organized. The sea, beautiful, easily reached with a 6/7 minute walk. Nearby there is everything you need, supermarkets, tobacco, pharmacies, and bars. Also close to the village of Grottammare Alta, with a view of the crazy sea. Conveniently reachable by scooters, bicycles or walking, along the very long cycle-pedestrian cycle, also the beautiful San Benedetto del Tronto, with many bars and restaurants. It was really a nice stay, thanks again to Martina and the kind Ivana, who made us feel at home right away!
