Luxury apartment in the very heart of Venice, 200 meters from St Mark's Square. It's my and my wife's second home that we're renting out when not being able to use it ourselves. Precious furniture with antiques and original works of art - treating everything with care is mandatory. You'll never forget the canal view from our balcony, which represents Venice at its best. Quite fascinating space, due to a tasteful refurbishing, where each detail has been carefully designed. It Is on the second floor, under the roof beams, of a small building situated right behind the main street “ Strada nuova” . Bright, confortable, cosy and quiet. Has windows on 2 sides and overlooks roofs, a canal and an open area. At 1 min walk there are 2 supermarkets, many food shops, restaurants, pizzerie, wine bars…you could not expect more. Two waterbus stops are at 2/5 min walk.
