Beautiful, modern home! The backyard feels like a private oasis with hammocks, pool, outdoor kitchen and immaculate landscaping. The staff works very hard and they are what makes this place truly special. We encountered a couple of minor issues but they were dealt with professionally and the owner of the property is lovely. Highly recommend, especially for families with children.

The stay was simply perfect from start to finish! We had to change airbnb due to issues with the other listing and we had a super-fast response from the owners – plus we were able to check in earlier. Communication was super clear and fast, the check-in was very easy and the condominium is safe. We loved the photos of the house and it really was the same as the listing – maybe even better! The pool is delicious, deep and still has privacy with neighbors. All rooms are air-conditioned and the property is brand new, super cozy. We also have the location, as it is 200m from Tatuamunha beach – which is one of the most charming beaches in the region – and relatively close to the shops. We found a home very comfortable and fully equipped, it would be for sure more often! We honestly don't have anything to say about negative :)

Excellent stay, extremely nice and cozy place, comfortable beds, with clean sheets, spacious bathrooms, very charming living room, area with hammock for a rest, the kitchen is beautiful, well equipped, served us super well, has a very good service area, with a floor clothesline and beach chairs that is very useful, super recommend, it is very worth staying in this beautiful place and paradisiacal. Very good house, spacious and close to everything!

This listing matches the photos and is of incredible quality. It's very beautiful, very well arranged, the view of the palm trees from the pool and the main room is exceptional! The beautiful beach is at the end of the street what minutes walk away! The only downside: the surroundings are unwelcoming and under construction. But don't worry, you feel totally safe! There were 8 of us (5 adults and 3 children) and everyone loved it!!

Victor's house is impeccable, perfect decoration and cleaning, household utensils supplied all the necessities, a wonderful pool, and a differential in the house was the beach chairs,coller, umbrella to enjoy the beautiful Praia do Riacho which is 200 m from the house. Victor very helpful and responds super fast. Super recommend. Perfect.

We gathered the brothers to celebrate our mother's 90th birthday for Holy Week. The house, the services, and the host's attention couldn't have been more perfect. Fantastic house (architecture, decor, functionality, comfort, etc.). location (beach, condominium, seaside, easy access etc), leisure infrastructure (utensils, barbecue, paddle and kayak, etc.), attentive staff and services (cook, housekeeper and pool - does it all!), with option (additional cost) speedboat ride option, that is, excellent option for a good gathering of family and friends. We love the week there!!

Space really equal to the announcement, all very clean, well located, I went to spend 8 days with my two dogs, and it was very quiet, the outer grid has chain and padlock that you can leave closed if you want to go to the beach and leave the dogs. It is not on the beach court, but it is less than 1 km from the creek beach (3 min drive in the max) which is WONDERFUL, close to the church, we went almost every day on the beach and it is very quiet, great for bathing, when you return home there is a delicious shower to take the salt from the skin. Equipped kitchens, there are not many things, but there is the necessary, I did not lack anything, and look that I cooked several times. Voltaria more often for sure. Single point eh that around the region has a lot of pets (but only at dawn, and on the outside only, inside the house I saw none, and only those floating in the pool, just take off with a sine)
