Villa holiday rentals in Portimão

This was a great place to stay. It is exactly as it appeared. Incredibly spacious. A few local restaurants in walking distance that were nice. A close walk to an amazing small beach with a great bar, cafe and restaurant - feels almost private. The only reason for the 4 star point was that there was limited written information about the house/surrounding area in the house, however, reception was able to provide all the answers we needed when we asked. Would love to return again!

We highly recommend the place from Carla and her family. We felt right at home and had a great time. The location is very quiet, on a hill and from some places you have sea views. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes without having to walk great on the street but via a small path that starts just below the property. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and comfortably furnished with a nice terrace to sit outside. Carla is a warm host and also her husband and parents, who also live there, are super nice. We were supplied with eggs from our own chickens and homemade bread. There were many recommendations for things to do/ beaches and restaurants from Carla. The place is wonderful to relax and enjoy Portugal. We would come back.

Really enjoyed our stay. With a 5min walk to the beach and swimming pools, along with all the areas for the kids to play at, it was great.

Spent a great weekend with friends at Miguel’s place. Super clean, very organized and with the outside area nicely looked after. Miguel was always responsive with our queries. Highly recommended for big groups!

The house was simply fantastic. There were six of us there (Mom, Dad, Grandma, and three kids). The house had excellent amenities and was extremely clean. Everything was just perfect. A highlight was definitely the heated pool, which our kids really enjoyed. The beach is also very close – just a 5-minute walk if you’re taking it easy. We had a truly wonderful time. Sue and Ant's house was the perfect home for our stay. It is beautiful and so well equipped for a family holiday. The house itself was ideal for what we needed, and the outside areas just amazing for days around the fabulous pool, and the BBQ area made for memorable nights to catch up around the lovely dinner table. And then the incredible roof terrace too, to watch the beautiful sunsets...the house is an easy 15 min drive to Lagos, but far enough way to provide a sense of being away from everything. And the oyster farm just down the road! We honestly couldn't have found a better place for our holiday catching up with family and friends. Sue, Ant and Christina, the excellent property manager, couldn't have been easier to deal with, and did everything they could to make our stay as special as it could have been. And it truly was a special holiday, one we won't forget and only hope we can repeat in the future! Thank you so, so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. X

A beautiful house located very close to a private cove. Walk to the beach down the cliffs was really fun ! Just wish we had more time to enjoy both the house and Algarve ! The hosts were very responsive to our questions, and went of their way to help us out. A very comfortable house to enjoy your stay in Algarve.

Everything is fine, a very nice place to stay, with nothing missing. The central location makes it possible to reach a lot on foot.

The villa is amazing! Clean, spacious and well equipped. We met Isabel, Carla’s colleague, she was very helpful and lovely.

We were a group of 10 people and had a wonderful time at Sam's villa The facilities were perfect, everything was clean and looked like the pictures. Sam was a perfect hostess who was always helpful and available. The villa is in a quiet area, but you are within 10-15 minutes by car to the lively places. We would definitely come back again!

We absolutely loved our stay. The villa was beautiful, exactly as described, and the location was stunning. Cristina was an excellent host. Her communication was wonderful and she was super responsive during our stay and helped us out with a few queries so effectively and without issue. A stunning villa. We were 2 families with 5 teenagers and there was plenty of space for us all. The pool and balcony area were especially fabulous-the view is even better than the photos. It’s in a perfect location with several beaches, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. A taxi into Ferragudo was only €5. It’s a small town with nice restaurants and just a few shops. Good supermarkets were an easy drive away. Francisco was really helpful both before and during our stay. He made some good restaurant recommendations and sorted surf lessons for us, including pick up from the villa which was amazing. A fabulous holiday-would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Great experience during some days for new year eve with all family. Perfect villa for big groups, space for everyone, a lot of bathrooms, rooms and beds. We enjoyed from the big kitchen and room, pool are and game room. Alex was a great host, fast and correct communication.

We took a group of adults for a working retreat for a week and this was the most wonderful space. It was well equipped, plenty of space to do workshops and group activities. The rooms are super comfortable with all the amenities. The kitchens are super well equipped and made making group meals really easy. Our host, Nick was very helpful and accommodating. This would be a great home for a large family or group of friends with kids. Walking out to the beautiful views in the morning was an added bonus.

The host was very friendly and available. There was plenty of room for 8 adults, 3 kids and a baby with room to spare. The pool had sun all day. The house was centrally located to many of the popular destinations anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes from the house. It had the right amount of kitchen supplies for cooking dinner, there was a pack’n’play for the baby, comfy beds, dark rooms and good air conditioning. We had two small SUVs and it was a bit tight on parking but you can make it work. All is all a great experience!

Location of the house in a good area, close to all the beautiful places in Algarve. The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the pool is a plus to take advantage of the garden.

Amazing place to stay as a family. We loved our stay at the villa. One negative is that there is a camera in the living room. We felt uncomfortable camera being there. Other than that everything was amazing

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment of John, we had some problems at the beginning with the key and the Wi-Fi, but John was easy to reach and Esther helped us quickly.

Very comfortable stay, thank you! We had a slight issue locating the property but Fabienne and Nicolas responded quickly and provided further directions. They also arranged a slightly earlier check in time for us which was very appreciated. Beautiful view from the roof terrace. Great location and walkable to the town and beach. A fabulous villa, new and stylishly fitted out. Lots of space throughout. We loved the pool and gardens. There are even orange trees on the plot, and a roof terrace to watch the sunset on. The location was really convenient for access to Lagoa and Portimao, and all the main towns of the algarve. The team were really responsive and helpful with all our questions and requests. It made our last minute booking really easy and unstressful. We hope to return again!

My cousins loved it I felt sorry not to attend but the duty called me and I was unable to attend but by the feedback it was very good the stay I hope it was nothing different from how you handed the house to them With better lengths Ronaldo Tavares
