Cozy apartment between the Duomo and the Ducal Palace. The apartment is divided in two rooms. In the first room there's the kitchen, while the rest of the apartment is an open space with "bedroom" and "living room" (with a sofa-bed) divided by a huge wardrobe. Living room is completed by a balcony with table and chairs. Washing machine; Fridge; Underfloor heating; Air conditioning; Fiber WiFi. Near best RESTAURANTS and PLACES OF INTEREST. It's around 590ft². 4TH FLOOR. NO LIFT HERE GUYS ;)

Mini appartamento con 2 letti singoli (unibili) e bagno privato. Ingresso indipendente dal giardino. Accanto al centro ma fuori ZTL. Parcheggio gratuito in Via Rainusso, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla casa. Parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa. Non c'è cucina ma sono presenti caffettiera elettrica, frigo, bollitore, microonde e fornello elettrico, quindi un piccolo angolo cottura (attrezzato con l'occorrente per cucinare). Colazione gratuita confezionata. Animali ammessi senza sovrapprezzo :)

L'appartamento (120mq) include 2 grandi camere da letto (con due letti ciascuna), due bagni indipendenti, una cucina abitabile, sala da pranzo e un grande soggiorno. Compreso di finestre vista parco con balcone al patio interno. Permettiamo anche di utilizzare il garage interno, che si trova nel sottosuolo del edificio, per una macchina mediana.

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. Mutina Animalia ENPA is an oasis of the association Ente Nazionale Protezione Animali ONLUS that deals in particular with farm mammals. Immersed in the Modena countryside, between the cycle path on the Secchia embankment and the Historic Centre less than 3 km away.
