My family and I enjoyed staying at Jo-Anna's annex for an entire month during our relocation to the area, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Jo-Anna made us feel incredibly welcome. She was an exceptional host—friendly, attentive, and always available if we needed anything, yet never intrusive. Her warmth made us feel more like friends than guests, and by the end of our stay, we truly felt like we had become part of the family. The annex itself is cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to make it feel like a true home for over a month. I’ll be recommending Joanna’s annex to everyone we know—family, friends, and even to families at our children's new school who may be relocating. We had easy access to both Llandudno and Llandudno Junction, which was perfect for getting to know the area and exploring all the wonderful sights.

We enjoyed our stay in Jools’s place especially with cleanliness, clear instructions, friendly and most important Jools compliment about flexibility because we were about to cancel the booking due to our Son’s health which I clearly communicated her but she gave us assurances saying she would not charge even if I cancel the trip last minute. Due to this we made our trip happen otherwise we would have cancelled our trip in a fear of losing money. I was satisfied everything that I was expecting except the parking however this may be because of on road parking as some people parked the car on road in front of Jools’s driveway so I had to do couple of back and forth to get into the driveway. I would strongly recommend the place.

Great location, walking distance to sea front and beach. Perfect for driving around and exploring Snowdonia and North Wales. Dog friendly, beds and bowls provided. Easy to park and access property. It had everything we needed and one of the more comfortable beds we’ve had in a holiday property! Very happy with it and had a great short break!

Honestly I couldn't reccommend this property & host enough! Absolutely stunning property, in the heart of Conwy town - right next to everything & Alex was so so kind, responsive & friendly. The location of this property was ideal for our stay to watch a show at the theatre and then for a few drinks around the town. The property was very clean and tidy and we most certainly appreciated the milk, sugar, tea, coffee, butter and welsh cakes. We will certainly stay here again for a similar event.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, stunning sea view from lounge and bedroom, easy walk to amenities. Loved every minute of our stay wish it could've been longer. Nia is an outstanding host, friendly and attentive. Definitely would recommend and will be back again. Thank you Nia.

Lovely clean ground floor flat. Well presented with lots of kitchen equipment. Easy walk to Bangor town centre, but quite peaceful. Some noise from the road behind the flat, not too bad in March but I imagine would be more in summer months. Iman was very communicative with detailed information as to how to access the flat.

Just what the doctor ordered - for a stress free weekend 😍. A location hidden away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, surrounded by nature and wildlife. Great for our dog as well, he seemed to make himself at home straight away. We used this as a base to explore some great walks and adventures this weekend, national parks, beaches within driving distance. A lot of places in the town centre were also dog-friendly. Would definitely return 🙏🙏

This was one of our best holidays mostly due to this fantastic apartment. It is extremely well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. View was stunning and surroundings peaceful. Hosts are available but not intrusive.. and our dog enjoyed their well behaved dogs popping in from time to time. Although it is at the top of a hill, there's a path on a right angle to the road, a few hundred yards up that is not very hilly and perfect for walking. I found this apartment to be excellent value for money and highly recommend it.

Darren is a great host and his apartment is fabulous! We used it has a base to explore and visited Conwy and climbed Snowden. Can highly recommend the local Portuguese restaurant about a 5 minute walk away, amazing food and service. A perfect base for a few days away!

The seafront flat was the perfect spot for us during our stay for our Uni reunion. Comfortable flat and beautifully laid out. Would absolutely stay again.

The place was very clean and easy to check in to even though we didn’t arrive until 10pm, perfect location if you plan on exploring both Anglesey and snowdonia in one go. The view alone is worth the price you pay

It was a wonderful stay and really peaceful the sun was shinning which meant we sat outside a lot in the small private garden at the back. Everything was close by and the studio was well furnished, clean & tidy. We would 100% stay again

Lovely, clean, well stocked apartment right in the middle of Llandudno. There's free street parking outside the front door and it's a very short walk to great restaurants and pubs. All in all, Llandudno is a wonderful and beautiful town and this apartment is the perfect place to stay to fully experience all the town has to offer👍

We enjoyed our stay as a family of 4 at Ben’s apartment. It’s in a great location. We found parking easy enough on the side road. Flat has everything you could need with the Kitchen being well equipped. Good sized rooms and more spacious than expected. Would definitely stay again.

Recently stayed over the bank holiday weekend arrived the house was super clean and ready on time. The lady on site was lovely, friendly and always happy to help. It’s close to Conwy and surrounding areas but far enough out that is quiet, the swimming pool is great and a big bonus. All I would say is it could have done with some plastic cups for the kids and coffee machine otherwise it was perfect we will definitely come back

The apartment was great. Great instructions and spotlessly clean. Brilliant location for walks and places to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and really hope to return.

Another great holiday at this appartment for us, our second time because we enjoyed it so much last time. We hope to return again next year!

The caravan and the park itself was lovely. Great base for exploring the area. We only did a short break but will definitely book again and stay longer next time. Highly recommend

Perfect spot for a weekend away in Anglesey. Everything you need within walking distance, great views from the sunroom & kitchen. The house is a little haven away from home with all the comforts you need.

Great location and facilities. The cottage was perfect for our needs with 3 adults and 7 children. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to the workshop. And the private hot tub was a great bonus!! Would definitely like to visit again!!
