Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Porterville

We had a fantastic stay at this vacation home! The property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained with all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchenette was fully stocked, the bed was super comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. The river views and access were amazing. The host was incredibly attentive, always available to answer questions and offer recommendations. The home and town were dog friendly. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!!

I can honestly say the cleanest vacation stay I've ever had. I have very high standards and every one was met. I could not fault it. The host is incredibly responsive. Everything has been thought of from games, to assisted shower access, too high chairs, to baby cots, to bathroom toiletries with extra touches like make up wipes and cotton ear buds. Loved the Christmas tree as an extra touch and my kids loved the squirrel hunt in the pictures on the walls. Highly Recommend!

The river retreat was a perfect weekend. Let me begin with Srey being so attentive and welcoming. She provided detailed directions and recommendations for local restaurants, grocery shops and information on Sequoia National Park prior to our arrival. The directions to the cabin were clear and easy. The cabin itself was clean and comfortable. The home had all the needed amenities and more. The central heat and AC worked great. The beds were comfortable. The weather was nice to have breakfast outside. The river running was so peaceful and pleasant. I’m definitely recommending to others and saving as one of my favorite Airbnbs. Thank you so much Srey! Also Linda, the home’s housekeeper was very helpful too. At night we were able to see planets, constellations…it was so nice to see them clearly and enjoy the fresh air.

Michael and Christine at Clean Getaways are top notch hosts and are super easy to deal with. They are quick to answer questions and are very thoughtful about the guest's satisfaction. The River Kern Rock House is definitely one the places I will search for on future return trips to Kern Ville.

Book the extra night. Don’t deny yourself the maximum time possible in this incredible property. Stunning, well stocked, and incredibly responsive hosts. Perfection.

Lovely location and the perfect home base for our trip to Sequoia!

We had good stay at Daisy’s place! The house is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything, the host is very responsive and helpful. We will stay here again. Highly recommend!

The place was peaceful and looked as pictured. The owners were quick to respond. We love the cows! The place is perfect if you are attending a wedding at the Springville Ranch. You can walk right across the street. It was quiet. We would definitely go back. The town is small but so cute.

Great location and the place was as described on the listing. Only area of improvement could be that the shower head was not fully functional which resulted in irregular flow of water. Also, the water from the shower could be hotter. But, totally manageable and I'll stay here again in the future!

Visiting our son who is stationed in Lemoore. This apartment/condo was close to a lot of stores and restaurants which was great since we aren’t familiar with the area. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and Rosalie was great. She made us feel right at home. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

If you’re looking for a place that makes you feel like you’re at home and not just visiting I would definitely recommend this place. The pictures do it no justice, the place has a lot more room than the pictures show. The location is quiet and peaceful to step out and take a breath of fresh air

This property was an amazing space for my friends and I to enjoy the lake! I think it's the best spot in the entire area to relax and enjoy all that the lake has to offer. Deborah was extremely helpful and kind! We will definitely be coming back here soon.

Where do I begin?!?!? When we walked into the space, my jaw dropped. The photos were nice and very accurate. The energy of the space was peaceful and relaxing. The decor was modern. The kitchen had tons of extras. Things that I have at home, not normally found in most AirBNB's. The bed was very comfortable. The bath was extremely clean and that shower! It looked just like mine at home with the rainfall shower head and great water pressure. The space wasn't cluttered at all. We appreciated the attention to detail. We loved the open space design. We felt safe and secure. Kiaro's listing should be the standard for AirBNB's. I need to go look at the others they have available! The communication was great as well. I recommend with all of my chakras! Peace... 💙
