We stayed at coco house with our 2 boys, the home is just wonderful and the real picture we can’t get out of our mind was the view from the balcony with the morning coffee’s. Sugar hill is perfect for those with older children wishing to have a little of their own independence too with the pools close by. We wouldn’t hesitate to rebook with Susie. We found all the information fantastic which enabled a full packed adventure in Barbados. The beds were comfortable. Marcia who looks after the property and meet and greets was also fabulous. A fantastic place to stay; a romantic break away from the crowds - very secluded. It was lovely to listen to the constant roar of the Atlantic and feel the cool breeze; great to chill on the deck and dunk in the plunge pool to cool off. We had a lovely couples massage on the deck which made the experience even more relaxing. The place is well setup with all the things you’d need as long as you plan your food and drink in advance, so you can don’t have to leave before your stay is up. Would go again.

The host was super responsive. Very beautiful property and one of the best I have encountered so far. You will be impressed. You can hear the waves at night from the upstairs balcony and the bedroom. I was very happy to be there and I will book again for sure. The only issue I had was that they were fully booked and I couldn’t stay longer :)

This place is advertised: modern, close to beaches where you can easily walk to eat, swim, relax. I would definitely recommend for those wanting a peaceful stay and look forward to visiting again!

Annabelle's is an absolutely unique property, and we feel so privileged to have stayed there. Fraser was a wonderful host, so responsive and full of helpful recommendations and suggestions. the very few teething issues were sorted by him during our stay, with the help of Neville, the property manager. Fraser and his team went above and beyond in their efforts to make our stay as stress free as possible, arranging car hire and airport pick ups. The location is stunning. Words are not enough to express the views, the beaches and the sunsets! we have never, and will never again stay anywhere quite as spectacular. It is worth remembering that Anabelle's is a traditional Bajan house. There is no air-con, and the sea is noisy at night. You will be visited by the local bugs, so pack repellent and ear plugs if you are a light sleeper; but when you wake up in the morning and throw open the shutters- it will all be forgotten! We loved our time at Michaela's places - a home from home. Everything you needed was there. But, if we ever went again, we would hire a car, as it's approximately at 15 minute walk to the town and 10 minutes to the Beach Club. So, if you want to get some shopping you would need to do this a couple of times - not so bad going, but coming back in the heat was sometimes a bit waring!

Had a wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend Liz’s wonderful house. We arrange a pick up from the airport via Liz. Lex was there to meet us and drive us back & then show us around. Very easy and relaxing start to the holiday. House is well equipped and perfectly located for the shops, restaurants and the beach. It’s just a few minutes walk down to a stunning beach where there is a lovely beach club - Calma. The little artificial reef is ideal for snorkelling & we were able to swim out a little further where there were turtles and rays (amongst many other fish). The pool is just perfect and felt really safe for our daughter as it has a lovely long shallow end.

What a fantastic place, book with confidence. Apartment is spacious, on second floor with view of the ocean! Beds was super comfortable, a lot of closet space, equipped kitchen where we cooked our breakfast every morning! They left us a nice bottle of wine on our arrival, so lovely! We feel safe in the area, Oistin Fish Market is only 10 minutes drive, Miami Beach is nearby. We rented a car to explore the island, omg the beaches are amazing, especially Carlisle Beach, one of our favorite! Highly recommend Sunrise Place. Thank you so much Olga for the amazing stay! Sunkiss was excellent! It is centrally located in a fantastic location right next to the Gap. Well equipped and spacious with lovely sea views. Cathyann, the property manager, was amazing; she was really easy to communicate with and very friendly + responsive. She really went above and beyond to make us feel at home!

Wow!! What a beautiful villa that was so clean and tidy and also felt like "home" for the week. The pool is amazing too!! It was so peaceful there and the fact its a 5 minute walk to the beach was fantastic. I have to say all four of us were really impressed with the place and we will definitely book again to come back to the beautiful villa at beautiful Barbados. I also have to say a huge thanks to June for answering all of our questions through this past year and also whilst we were there and for accommodating our early check in and late check outs. It was lovely to meet you. So, if you're looking for a beautiful villa next to Mullins beach with a great pool and a fantastic Management team, then this is the place for you.

My group highly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The house is decorated very nice, the bathrooms are very modern and clean and the multiple seating areas inside and out were perfect! The standout of the house is the backyard and pool, it was like a resort! The bedrooms had air conditioning that was perfect and the space was large enough for 6 women on a girls trip. Lesley and her local team including Dale, were responsive and extremely helpful. We enjoyed this side of the island being less crowded and we enjoyed Crane Beach, Cutters and especially LeShack. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you for an incredible girls trip!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa, and I must say, it was immaculate! The cleanliness was top-notch, with every corner of the property meticulously maintained. It was evident that great care is taken to ensure that guests enjoy a pristine environment. The villa was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even the babies were thought of at this Villa as there was a cot and a high chair along with toys for the beach. From kitchen essentials to toiletries, nothing was overlooked. This attention to detail made our experience even more enjoyable, as we felt right at home. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. Alicia went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, ensuring that we had everything we required during our stay. Eva did an amazing job keeping the villa spotless throughout our visit. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, well-maintained place with excellent service.

Pictures are a good reflection of this property. Excellent (quiet) location with access to communal pool, beach and on-site 5* restaurant (Pier One). Property is well equipped and clean. Good shade cover - and plunge pool for when its hot! Karene is an excellent host and can help with all sorts of things such as groceries, taxis, airport runs etc - and does so in a very helpful, friendly manner.

The home is cozy and situated in the amazing estate of Royal Westmoreland. It was nice having a housekeeper and taking walks throughout the community. Getting into the estate was somewhat challenging at first because there weren't exact addresses or house numbers, but once we knew the home, it was easy thereafter.

Second visit! It was just as wonderful as we remembered the first time. There is plenty of storage for a week’s vacation and a fully stocked kitchen with ice in the freezer. We loved the view of the water/vegetation and the monkey family that stopped by during breakfast. John, the house manager, was very responsive and helpful with questions and local recommendations! The baby gate for the pool was a huge plus because the kids begged to go in the pool daily. You will want to bring a sound machine to tune out the rooster next door. It is a short walk/ drive to the beach where you can find a great drink and friendly locals. This is a must stay place and everyone was comfortable.

We had a great stay at Joel's villa. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous welcome package awaiting us. The villa was very clean and well equipped with lots of towels, good quality dishes and pots and pans , comfortable furniture, and pretty much everything you need to get started on your holiday. Our mornings always began on the back patio with our coffee enjoying the birds and lush vegetation and the occasional monkey passing through. Jeanne, the property manager, was terrific and very quick to handle any questions or concerns that came up. As Vuemont is a gated community, we always felt very safe there and the Barbadian people are some of the friendliest we have come across in our travels. We enjoyed our stay so much that we look forward to going back next year.

We had a wonderful stay in West Rock Villas. What we liked most was the setting in the hills in very natural surroundings, and a welcome breeze! Stacy and her team were very available and looked after the property impeccably.

Great villa which is very well located on west coast near Mullins beach. We loved this part of the island and being so close to some lovely restaurants in Speightstown and Holetown (Baia and Sea Shed are particularly good). Peter was great at communicating despite our last minute booking when another air bnb let us down. Check in and check out were seamless. Place was spotless and the master bedroom and bathroom were super nice! Only a few things to be aware of: It is a little bit of a walk to the beach down an unpaved road (maybe 10 mins) but wasn’t a big problem for us. Villa is a little bit overlooked with other houses in garden and balcony. Great value if you are a bigger group but it was a bit pricey for just one family. Appreciate it was peak season and last minute though!. No ac in the living room area can make it a bit hot so we hung out in the master bedroom more than we normally would. Thanks again Peter for hosting us!

We had an amazing vacation at Kevin’s house! what a beautiful house and pool!! We loved the privacy the house offered and the beach right near the house. The ocean near the house is on the rougher side but still nice to have close by .Kevin was a great host that helped with whatever we needed. We had a great stay!! Thank you.

Highly Recommended. We had a tremendous family holiday at Giggles, a wonderful location and tremendously well equipped with everything we needed. Lots of local amenities such as great supermarket, fantastic restaurants, beaches, shops etc, also well placed to get the local buses or taxes if you want to get out and about more. We had a car but still enjoyed getting on the local buses now and again. The property is really well managed, great communication with Sarah and Jeanine (in charge of housekeeping) was always available for everything we needed. We found the arrival instructions really helpful and the guest book is full of invaluable tips and recommendations to help us get as much out of our trip as possible. Big shout out to the cleaners who do a great job ensuring that the house was perfect upon our arrival with everything organized and easy to find. We also thoroughly enjoyed visits from the local wildlife, including green monkeys and a variety of birds. Thank you Sarah

Great location, clean and beautifully kept. The living area is a little small but the outdoor patio more than makes up for it. There’s a lovely pool, outdoor dining area and lovely seating area too. Richard and Tricia were fantastic - responsive and very accommodating. Thank you for letting us stay at your piece of paradise! We hope to be back one day! ❤️

I would definitely stay here again. I needed a home for 3 weeks while working in Barbados and it gave me the space and flexibility to enjoy the space, have friends over and also have time for myself. Thank you again.
