Holiday rentals with a patio in Portalegre

Beautiful apartment and a beautiful town. It was a lot of fun to wander around the small streets and alleys although I have to admit, I did need a navigation app to find our way around. It’s like a maze/labyrinth which is really neat. There is a restaurant called Taberna Típica Quarta-feira where we ate and had an incredible meal

Me and my wife were here for almost two weeks. Very nice place to stay with all necessary amenities. Great communication all along with Susanna! We wanted to know more about the history of the building where the apartment was, because it was in a very beautiful and historic area and felt like it has a long history. Susana told us everything she knew about the history and it made our stay even more wonderful. Evora is a Beautiful city to walk around. The parking area is close, few minutes walk, and its huge.

It’s a very comfortable and clean place as well as kids friendly. They liked a lot the tree house on the house yard. However the tree house indoor should be clean from them and again. The house has heater (aircon), hot water and coffee machine (for nespresso capsules) even though it’s not mentioned on the amenities. So good for other travellers to know. The balcony view is amazing. The house is good enough for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). We enjoyed a lot our stay there. Thank you!

We had a little difficulty finding the apartment, but probably due to the Google maps changing directions mid way. A wonderful place that was super quiet. The breakfast was outstanding and the Lady that delivered it was very special. She also helped us get to our car, again Google was pointing us in the wrong direction. A great place to stay in an unbelievable historic city.

Great stay inside castle walls! Luis was great host. We met him in town, parked our car and he drove us up the narrow streets to the apartment. It’s about a 10 minute walk down to square. Town is lovely and friendly. Highly recommend!

Jorge is very responsible, he gave full information about the small and cozy house, the location of the house is very good and close to everything, He is very responsible and if there is a problem, he is responsive. I am very satisfied with my choice.

We spent a really enjoyable time in this property! The space was not only comfortable and clean but turned out to be great for children as well. The kids enjoyed discovering the place and having fun with the amenities, and we enjoyed watching them having so much joy. I would definitely recommend this place to families who want to unwind and spend quality time!

The place was really charming. I loved seeing all the animals and the breakfast basket that included fresh eggs and bread was so cute. The place was a bit difficult to find though as the address wasn’t pulling up in any of the navigation apps. I would definitely stay there again.

Terrific retreat in nature to hike and enjoy the peaceful surrounds while still close to all that Alentejo has to offer.

Quinta Brigadeiro is a delightful place to stay. We received such a warm welcome from all the family and all the animals. Within five minutes of arrival we were feeding carrots to their donkeys and their dog. The accommodation itself is well designed, understated and uncluttered. It was lovely to be in a peaceful, rural area but with the amenities and attractions of Évora a short drive away. Thank you for sharing, we enjoyed our few days with you.

The house is in a calm and very pleasant area for those who seek tranquility. We received excellent information on activities and places to eat. The house has a lot of space as you can see in the photos. We went with our two children and we liked it very much.

Really comfortable staying at the flat - the staff were great & the food at the bar was delicious & very generous!

We spent a couple of nights for work and it was a hit. We had a jaleo with the parking that I did not prepare in time so it was not his hosting's fault but the communication is immediate and the help was very valuable. Helped me fix it right away

Pete and Linda are the best hosts we've ever had on Airbnb. They both went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable, from local restaurant recommendations to pool toys and everything in-between. Our daughter had an amazing holiday! The house itself is charming, with tonnes of space and everything you could need. The pool is fantastic and well kept. The local area is remote and beautiful with gorgeous countryside everywhere and some charming river beaches. I managed a run down from the house to the beach and back a couple of times but it's pretty hilly. In short, we couldn't recommend this place more. Thanks
