Holiday rentals with a kayak in Port Stephens Council

This is in an amazing location, right on the Marina,awesome views looking over the water,perfect for boaties,fisher people and perfect location to explore the beautiful Port Stephens beaches and hidden coves,the home has everything and more,we had great surprises waiting for us when arrived. The communication was excellent with Jody giving us information about how things worked. Great local seafood restaurant only 50 metres away and choices of cafes with great coffee only a short walk away,I highly recommend this home for a completely relaxing experience,thank you Jody for letting us stay in your home,Richard and Kelly

Simon’s place is simply amazing. Not only is a great house, in an amazing spot but It was equipped with everything anyone could ever possibly need. Simon was always available and responsive to any queries, and went the extra mile to find out more about our plans and interests so he could recommend activities or offer additions l help. I have stayed in plenty of Airbnb’s and I must say I think this tops them all, and no doubt I will be back.

I recently stayed at the holiday home with my family and my little dog. It had breathtaking views. The price was fantastic, and the host was amazing—quick responses and incredibly accommodating. I absolutely loved my time there; it's a perfect getaway!

House is modern, spacious and very clean with comfortable beds. Aircon and fans worked a treat. Close to restaurants. Noorie responded quickly to communications. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in this lovely home on the bay. The location was perfect, very peaceful and located right on the bay, with beautiful views from the deck and back yard. The home is clean and had everything we needed. We loved the direct access to the dog friendly beach and reserve and big backyard for our dog. We thoroughly enjoyed the paddle board and kayaks provided. David is such a friendly and thoughtful host that communicates well. Highly recommended and we would love to return.

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay with my family. Debbie’s accommodation is very spacious and clean with a neat little front grassed area for our fur baby. Highly recommended.

Audrey was a great host - very responsive and let us check in early. The house was very well equipped and we enjoyed using the table tennis, darts and kayak. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at Lemon Tree Cottage. This gem is not only comfortable, clean and new, but Julie is a fantastic host. The cottage had everything we needed and more! It is so well stocked and Julie has been very thoughtful in what is provided to guests. We really enjoyed how peaceful the area is and we loved enjoying a delicious coffee in the backyard. I can’t fault a single aspect of our stay and we hope to visit again soon. Thank you so much Julie!

Lisa's place is absolutely amazing, the views are gorgeous the house was clean spacious & the beds were comfortable. The kids had a blast with fishing & kyaking with so much to explore. The local seafood shop was so fresh, We really enjoyed our stay. Lisa was an awsome host thank you for a wonderful stay

Patersons Skywalk was a lovely location overlooking the river valley and train line. Short walk into Paterson. Enjoyed dinner in the Paterson pub. Great place to stay for a couple of nights

Liz has established a very special get-away with this refurbished bayside cottage. The minute we walked in, we were struck by how well the interior space complements and enhances the fabulous ‘right-there’ water views. The large front room is divided into separate areas, each furnished with eclectic pieces contributing to a modern coastal feel. Lovely touches include a large dining table suitable for my weekend project, a work desk with an extension monitor, workchair and inspirational view, plus a rustic fireplace with leather sofa. The kitchen had everything for our stay - big fridge and freezer, high quality dishwasher, lots of utensils and a Nespresso machine complete with plenty of pods. There are two usefully-sized bedrooms and a nicely renovated bathroom that’s halfway between an ensuite and a full-sized bathroom with a great shower! If you’re after a retreat where you can get away and chill completely, or complete a project, or crunch your core in a kayak, this is the place!
