Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Port Saint John

Stayed for a little weekend get away for my wife's birthday and was amazed by the backyard view. Highly relaxing, super quiet and enjoyable. House was well stocked with any/all items you would need to make it feel as if you were at your own home. Would certainly recommend to anyone to stay here.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and the home was perfect for our needs. It was centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. The house was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet.

This place is a gem. I could have sat on the deck overlooking the canal for hours and not be bored. It was like our own wildlife preserve. We saw so many different kinds of birds, manatees and one dolphin siting. It was peaceful and quiet. The walk to the beach access nearby was a breeze, although if you have a lot to carry, you might want to drive....free parking! John's kitchen was very nice and functional. The bed was super comfortable. John was very responsive whenever we had a question. Be aware that if you have a lot of luggage, there are stairs to go up to get to the unit. Suggestion: for people flying in, it would have been nice if the spices were fresh in the cupboards and/or if there were some condiments in the fridge. These are things that air travelers aren't going to have with them. The in room laundry was great to have! We would not hesitate to visit again!

Everything was fresh and clean. Looks as though the home was recently built. Very roomy and comfortable.

The place was perfect - it was better than the pictures. Jose was wonderful to deal with and responded very quickly to questions. His treat bar was fun as well. Just a thoughtful host and a perfect little place to stay. It felt very safe being in a nice neighborhood with the host close by. I recommend this place and will return when I am in the area.

The house was very clean and open. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard to run around. Everything was new. We also like the garage being big to pull in our vehicle in. It's not far at all from Downtown Sanford with great local shops and food.

Absolutely loved our stay at Brent's Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. Brent was an exceptional host, always available for questions and providing great local recommendations. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore nearby attractions easily. We truly enjoyed our time here, and it was one of our best stays ever! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming getaway. Five stars all the way!

This house was very accommodating for our first family reunion very spacious with the best amenities the host was amazing and communicates very well and quickly. The location of this place was key with less than a two minute drive to Walmart right outside of the subdivision as well as Sam’s Club and dollar store and many restaurants. With only 30 minutes away from Disney and or Universal Studios one hour from Cocoa Beach and Legoland. This house was equipped with everything you may need from dishes,pots, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two washer and dryer machines. The only thing we did notice is it listed with one set of bunkbeds and there are two sets of bunkbeds one in which I did notice that there’s a trundle bed so bunk sleeps at least and there is only two king size bed as opposed to three king size beds. The kids loved the pool.

What a gem!! The pictures don't do the place justice! It was even better than anticipated and the view was great! So many big windows to take in the views! Right on the ocean! Beautiful big covered deck to hang out on and watch the storms. I only wish we could've stayed longer. It was super clean, had everything we needed and I'm sure Kris would've helped us had we had any needs. It seemed like there could be other rental units on the property but it felt very homey, private, and very peaceful. I loved the uniquely landscaped areas and beautiful flowers. If I was brave enough I would've inquired about the surfboard things I saw there. Maybe a Minnesota girl could've learned to surf?? Definitely recommended Kris' place and will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

We absolutely love staying here and have been doing so every year since 2018. Sherman and Marlene are the best hosts we have every come across in the 100+ Airbnb's stays we have booked over the years. This is the place that we use to judge all the other airbnb places we stay at. So far, no other place we have stayed at has even come close to Sherman and Marlene's place.

2nd time staying here, and it was amazing as usual! Extremely clean, hosts were very responsive, and it was very helpful having a ride to the port!

Our stay at flower power on Cocoa Beach was everything you could expect. Kathy was very responsive even checking in on the day that I had relatives coming for a picnic to make sure we had everything we needed. The place is beautiful. Exactly as shown in the pictures. We loved going down to the river in the morning to have our coffee and fish. Went to the beach every day and used the sun shelter. Kathy provided. We’ll probably be going back.

Very family friendly and easy walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Beach a few nights prior to our cruise. The space was perfect for our family of 4. My kids loved to swim at the beach and we loved that we could walk there as well as for groceries etc. It was so nice to have the beach shed with beach chairs! Would definitely recommend!

Great experience, very clean, wonderful host. The location wasn’t as private as I thought it was, the unit is part of a 4 unit building and the backyard is a common space for everyone. If you are looking for somewhere more private, seek elsewhere. Location was amazing directly on the beach though. I would stay here again! It would be helpful if the parking lot had designated parking spots.

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

I’ve stayed in a half dozen units in this building. Michael’s unit was very well appointed. And clean. The location is super convenient to down town and Florida Tech. My wife and I used This as a home base while moving daughter into her apartment. Much more Comfortable than a hotel.

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

Staying at Spanish Main #20 for two weeks was really wonderful! The place was on the first floor and very convenient access to the pool and steps to the private beach! The condo was super organized and the kitchen had most everything you might need to cook meals. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable. We walked a lot on the beach and to downtown Cocoa Beach where we loved the local restaurants, bars and bakeries! The laid back and unassuming feel of Cocoa Beach and its residents and visitors is very refreshing. The beautiful murals everywhere in town always made me smile😍🙏! We loved the meals and coffees at Surfinista and beers, milkshakes and dinners at 4th Street Filling Station. Another favorite was the family vibe and great fish at Mainely Lobster! The Junk Food bakery was also an amazing shop with art by local artists as a bonus😃. Make sure you take a trip on the Cocoa Beach Wildlife/Dolphin Tour to learn about the 1000 Islands and local wildlife!

Our stay at Indialantic Beach Airbnb was absolutely wonderful. The location is close to pool and beach with stunning views. The home itself was clean and beautifully maintained, with 2 spa like bedrooms/ensuite bathrooms. Our host Olga was fantastic and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway with great hospitality, this is the place to be.

Great for a small family! Good size

The Beach Club was very cozy and cute. All the amenities needed were available! Walking distance to the beach! Flamingos to keep you company on the walk! Tony reached out and to inform us of the rocket launch, although we already had tickets, it was nice to see that we would know about it if we didn’t have tickets. Neighbors were very friendly. The only thing that we didn’t like was the futon. We expected small and tight space but that futon was very uncomfy. We purchased an air mattress to throw on top of it. We left a boogie board and shell net for the next visitors to enjoy!
