Holiday houses in Port of Trieste

We loved our stay at the Villa Irena in Vipavski Kriz, what an experience! Marija and Irena were ever so hospitable. They've helped us a lot with the check-in and check-out so we can make the most of our short stay in the region. We've arrived late after a long journey so it really helped to have the basics- tea, coffee, local information etc Vipavski Kriz is a unique place, incredibly beautiful, peaceful and quiet. The Villa Irena is ideal for exploring this part of Slovenia- the coastline, the valley and the local culture. The hosts are part of the local community of Ajdovscina and it was an immense pleasure to be their guests. The villa is just as beautiful as in the pictures or even more given the setting of Vipavski Kriz with its heritage and the surrounding nature.

We loved the place! The terrace is stunning with such an amazing view and diverse sitting possibilities, outdoor kitchen etc and the apartment very cozy. It’s well equipped and Luisa is friendly, flexible and easy going. Parking safely in a garage.

Very nice and spacious apartment with a beautiful sea view. The pool and the coffee maker with freshly ground beans were great! Roman and Kathy were quick to respond.

Very nice reception. The room is very small, but clean. Great is that in the main house you get a small breakfast with homemade jam. It is a very nice property, with fruit trees, a meadow with seating, hammock, etc. - in good weather you can relax here wonderfully. That car is in a covered parking spot right next to the room.

Lovely little studio in a nice quiet neighbourhood with a garden/padio. Quick walk to town and the harbour with some grocery stores/restaurants. Only thing to note: the bed is a double bed not 2 singles

We were warmly welcomed and well instructed. From the house you can quickly walk into the village and have everything you need. The location itself is very quiet 👍 Everything was as it was in the pictures, the only thing we would suggest is a shady spot in front of the living room with plants, as the umbrellas don't really help during the day.

Our time at Ana‘s was great! The house is in a fantastic location in the Slovenian vineyards. The accommodation was very clean and perfectly equipped. Ana is an incredibly nice hostess and looked after us warmly. The location of the house is ideal for day trips to Trieste, Ljubljana and Venice. Huge recommendation for families or small groups! We had a great stay! Marjeta was very kind and helpful! You can park in the garage directly under the house which is perfect!

Nice apartment with a view of the sea. Apartment is large. Bed and kitchen are in the same room but you won't be bothered by that. You have your own place with sun loungers and bar stools. In an open driveway where the neighbors also have the same (mirrored). You are within walking distance of portoroz (10 minutes) and Piran (half hour). We would definitely recommend this apartment if you want to stay nearby!
