Waterfront holiday rentals in Port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife

We stayed 6 weeks in Carmens Appartement and we really enjoyed it. It is such a cozy place with everything you need and was Perfect for also working from there. The Pool area is nice for relaxing and the beach is only 2mins away. It is also a dog beach so it was perfect for our little sausage dog. Carmen was very helpful with everything and always easy to reach. We will definately come again! thank you Carmen!

This apartment is amazing. Quite a climb up the hill but well worth it for the views. Very quiet location but within easy reach of bars and restaurants. Excellent coastal walks. Good bus service to surrounding area. We got the shuttle direct from the airport which Javier recommended and was very easy and cheap. We loved this apartment and Javier was an excellent host. All kitchen equipment and everything you could require for a weeks stay. We hope to return in the future.

In the end, solo travel...! I was very well received by Leila who took time to explain everything to me. she is a responsible person and very honest. Yves was an extraordinary host, accommodating and very concerned about the well-being of his guests before, during and after the stay. Thanks to them, i felt comfortable very quickly and had a fantastic stay in the spacious, well-decorated and super clean apartment. The environment is very quiet and relaxing. The residential complex was a real surprise for me, beautiful designed, with lush landscaping, a space for the gym, two swimming pols, one of which was heated. Everything is immaculately well maintained by jovial and polite staff. I particularly appreciated the superb terrace adjoining the apartment, which is the extension of it and also a real additional living space to have an aperitif, meals or read a good novel....! I have used it very often. A big thank to Yves for allowing me to 'disconnect' a little from my daily life.

Saul’s place is really special. The apartment is literally on top of the ocean and we woke up each morning to watch the waves and the sun rise over the volcano. There is a private black sand beach that is perfect for a short morning walk. The apartment is modern and clean, the bed is comfortable and it’s a great base for exploring the northeast portion of the island. A note that the drive to the apartment includes several hairpin turns to get down to the waterfront where the apartment is located. The view is worth the trek but good for potential guests to be aware. There isn’t much in the immediate area surrounding the apartment - especially in the winter, but we stocked up on groceries and had a lovely and peaceful stay.

It is a lovely clean space, with a great location and amazing views over the sea. Just a short walk into the harbour where there are lots of lovely restaurants. The in/out balcony is also nice for meals and drinks in the evening. Would definitely come back! Luis was a great host.

We were there with three teenagers and the house has enough space for everyone! The house is playful, beautifully restored and staying there is good for the soul! Away from the tourist hustle and bustle - yet nearby restaurants and supermarket. On the 2nd day you already know the owner of the supermarket and I also feel comfortable in the village! The hospitality of Jonay and Caroline comes from the heart - they share a piece of their passion for country and people! It was good for us! Merci!!! Gracias!!! Hasta luego!

We did three weeks of workation in this beautiful house. We are two colleagues and there was enough space. The two roof terraces and the open plan kitchen and living area were great. Mattresses were very good. Every day the view of the sea and the rushing waves were totally relaxing. There are four restaurants within walking distance and the start of a very nice coastal hiking trail. We also bathed in the bay once.

Christelle is just a super super host!! So attentive, so lovingly in the welcome package. There are lots of tips and information from her. And mega clean!! In the drawers, cutlery boxes nowhere a crumb. Everything tiptop! We were really able to start the vacation right away. Everything was there. 200% recommendation! Always happy to come back :))

Wonderful apartment! Everything was exactly as we imagined it. It is a bit remote, which is why we were very grateful for our rental car. The road to the apartment is very narrow, but when we arrived we were more than delighted. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures, but some things may be renewed. We had a lot of privacy and enjoyed every moment on the roof terrace and from the hot tub with the wonderful view. Most of the time we cooked ourselves, the kitchen is well equipped and shopping is 8-10 minutes away by car (parking is rare in Tenerife). There is also a barbecue house within walking distance - very tasty there. According to Google, we imagined the path to the beach easier... you've been walking for a while but it's worth it. Marta was a super hostess! She provided us with a lot of information in advance and made us feel very welcome. Thanks Marta! We will definitely be back ♥️

We had a good time in this beautiful and well-kept house with cozy courtyard. Everything is within walking distance. Alcalá is the place if you like it tranquil and like to live away from hotel castles. In addition to tourism, there is even normal Spanish everyday life. We will be back.

A beautiful house with gorgeous views over the ocean. Fernando was very communicative and the checkin instructions were helpful. There were some fruits & drinks left for us upon our arrival, which was a welcome treat. We would 100% stay again if coming back to the island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a great location for enjoying and exploring the old town. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We particularly appreciated the welcome basket of food and drink. The apartment is located within a quiet and well cared for building. The main bus station is located a short walk away.

If we could give it more than 5 stars we would. Flo was so helpful from the 1st day we booked to the day we checked out. She sent us a 15 page document which told us everything we needed to know about the property as well as all the information we needed to get around the island, buying groceries and restaurant tips. She clearly goes above and beyond for her guests. The property is in wonderful condition and has been well taken care of. We were surprised to find such high quality appliances and pots and pans. There was an abundance of everything. It is a very nice area and a beautiful 10 minute walk to the heart of El Medano. There you will find many restaurants, cafes and bars right on the water. It is much quieter area than others which suited us fine. We cannot recommend her apartment enough. You will not be disappointed!

Bea was a fantastic host. She was very helpful with check in and very communicative throughout booking and stay. She was generous and plentiful with the apartment’s amenities. The place is wonderful for walking to the black sand beaches, but otherwise we found the area fairly residential. We loved being able to spend no thought on running to the beach because we were so close if we forgot something it was easy to walk back to get. The main roadway is very close and directions are simple, it was a huge benefit to have parking in the building because the car was key for our holiday. The building can get a bit noisy with the sounds from the other apartments but that is to be expected. We had a wonderful time and we are already looking to go back

Mari’s place was as described, beautiful views and very clean and tidy There is a bar downstairs with different activities on different days which looked really friendly although we didn’t try it Lots to do in the area plenty of bars and restaurants all easy to reach on foot Would definitely stay again 😊 Thank you Mari

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arturo's place it was everything we wanted. It was clean and tidy with all the amenities in fine working order. The apartment has a nice view of the sea and has a lovely decor. The location at The Orlando apartment is a short walk from the heart of Costa Adeje with everything you need on your doorstep. Also the pool and pool bar is very nice and the staff are very friendly. We only needed to contact Arturo once for a trivial matter and he was very quick to answer our need. all in all it's 10 out of 10 for us and we wouldn't hesitate to stop again given the chance.

We had a very nice time on Tenerife. The apartment of Tatiana is very nice. She is a great host, very friendly, gave tips for restaurants and responded fast to our questions. We would recommend this appartment!

Very satisfied! The place was absolutely sufficient for two people, clean and cozy. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The beautiful view of the sunset was truly unique and added to our holiday an unforgettable atmosphere. Overall, everything met our expectations and created the perfect setting for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. We'd love to come back!
