The house is comfortable, spacious and safe. We took our puppies and since the house is all closed, we had no risk of them escaping, which was great for being quiet. A very nice place to have a family break, the house is nice and very clean, we would return without hesitation. It has an excellent distribution of places and settings to make convivial. Top location with the beach, and many good restaurants close by. House as described: not luxury but fitting the casual needs, spacious and very clean. Pool nice to hangout in the shade to cool down from the heat. some construction noises from the neighbour at daytime and party sounds in the evening. communication with Jimmy was very clear, friendly and helpful!

The place is excellent and quite large, comfortable for a good group of friends or family. It has parking for up to 3 vehicles, a pool, hammocks, a grill for random meat, a bolleyball court, a beach football and direct beach access. Thank you Federico for the attention and excellent service. I will definitely book with you when I return to the area!

Our stay was pleasant, the house was comfortable and cozy and was well equipped, large green area and direct access to the sea, the people who gave us the house were very friendly.

I loved this Airbnb, loved how accessible Ana is to be able to make the place and the stay is immemorial, loved everything.

This location is well worth it. The space is gorgeous! The location is optimal for a walk to the beach. The sunsets and twilight hour are must experiences.

Carol communicates with you for everything you need, it is suppeeer flexible with the schedules, she has everything to cook in the apartment, super good host. This is our second time staying with her and very happy :)

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. It was a beautiful location but not near the heart of Monterrico. This location was not walkable to bear by stores or shops.

The apt is as it is in the photos, has a beautiful ocean view, is equipped with what is needed, and everything is clean. Amenities and pool area are cute, and easy to access to the beach. Bruno resolved all my questions. 100% Recommended.

Our stay was fantastic. Franz, he was very kind and attentive, and the property was impeccable and as described. The location was perfect and the little touches made the experience even better.

Leslie’s place was just as we expected. We right on the beach! It was very quiet and just what we needed. The only offset for us was being away from restaurants and groceries since we didn’t have a car. However our hosts were very helpful in helping us find solutions. Thank you!

This place was a nice place to relax, AC was a huge plus. Very clean. The patio was very nice to sit and eat. Only downside was no drinks near the pool.
