If the number of guests is 4 or less, this is a single-family home that uses 2 of 3 rooms to choose from. We are giving discount tickets to Mokpo Sea Cable Car to those staying. Estacion 1913 is a quality-certified accommodation by the Korea Tourism Organization. The overall interior is a clean background in white and mint with Botero's intense and humid paintings to add to the visual satisfaction of customers. There is a private bathroom, private air conditioner, hair dryer, wooden hanger and table in every room. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils and tableware for simple cooking, and we provide an American-style self-serve breakfast every morning, including bread and cereal, milk, eggs, butter, cake, coffee, and tea. The living room has a table and chairs for 12 people and a fluffy goose down cushion. On the first floor of the same building, you can enjoy the special grill made by the chef, such as the Iberico flower woods, pork belly, and Australian lamb ribs, with a variety of wines, and draft beer.

There is a parking space, playground, and exercise equipment right in front of the accommodation, so it is also good for children and adults to relax. There are convenience facilities such as grocery stores, cafes, and snacks within a 1-minute walk. The Bukhanghoe Center is within a 10-minute walk, and Mokpo Station is within a 20-minute walk. ＜ Neighborhood Walk ＞ is a cultural space that has been remodeled into a two-story single-family house. The first floor was opened in 2019 as an independent bookstore that mainly deals with literature and humanities. The second floor stay space is a space where Yoonjak, a bookkeeper on the first floor, used to live while working. Guests have private access to the entire 2nd floor. (For reference, the bookstore on the first floor is currently closed in 2024 for health reasons, and it is used as a workshop for Yoonjak.)
