Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Port Hueneme

Todd is great, even though, I never met him in person, he responded immediately, and was cool AF on phone. Personally, this is the first AirBnB house i have ever stayed in, And it was extremely charming as described . -/ a great first experience for me. I even spent Xmas there….. which, was my favorite Xmas , to date ! I highly recommend. :)

Robert And Arlina were fantastic and so accommodating we fled the la fire and Robert and Arlina went on and above to help us feeling safe and so well taking care of the house is fantastic and so close to the beach i really appreciated that every room had a tv, so it was easy to follow the news and see how the la fire developed i can really recommend staying here you will never find a more accommodating hostess

Absolutely beautiful home. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed to enjoy our stay. We were so very comfortable, that we rarely wanted to leave - lol. The kids loved their "California" home as they called it. They had a blast playing in the bunkbed room that had toys and games for them to explore. It truly was a lovely stay.

We loved our stay at Jesse and Abha’s place! The location is amazing, a short walk to the beach. The house was perfect for our two families (two kids each) and one dog. Their kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals, and they have great beach gear available as well! Comfy beds, great rooms to hangs in. We enjoyed a meal on the roof deck as well. We couldn’t be happier!!

Our family of six had a great time staying at Karen's house for over a month. It's spacious, beautiful, and in a great location. Karen was always quick to respond and kind in her recommendations and messages. We highly recommend staying here!

Right on the ocean was expected, but the beach disappears during high tide. Was quiet for being right on the PCH but that is Malibu. Staff was responsible and fixed a minor issue as soon as the daytime staff arrived. All-round good stay...

We spent a lovely quiet week with my sister in Ventura at Kerri’s place just one block off Main Street. We walked to the beach, restaurants, up the hill to the Botanical Gardens and the cross. There was a generous pantry of useful items and a full kitchen. We didn’t use the bikes or the boogie boards but we would have if the weather were nicer. We had no problems at her house but Kerri was very responsive with questions that we had. The beds and the living and dining room furniture were very comfortable and the decorating was calm and elegant. We will definitely return here in the future.

The place was just beautiful with the views! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Malibu. The AC was not working. Communicated with owners and he responded they would get it repaired. Didn’t happen during our stay and the afternoons were really warm inside. Overall I would stay there again!

Gorgeous location, felt peaceful and relaxing even when the view was a wall of fog. Breathtaking views and sunsets when it was clear. Loved the patio and the privacy. Inside of unit could use some updating but it had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. Hosts are warm and friendly and their guidebook has a ton of helpful information on things too locally and further a field. Wish we could have made it down to be the orchard but the slope was too much for a bum knee. Maybe next time!

I had a wonderful stay at this location. The apartment was clean, well decorated, had all the amenities we would need, a very comfortable bed, and a very cozy. Jason was a very communicative host. That was extremely responsive no matter what questions we had. Highly recommend this place to stay, we will be back. Thanks again, Jason. It was a real pleasure.

Loved location. We did buy a few foil 9 x 13 pans to cook in. Plus I bought some of my own favorite kitchen tools. I did buy a smaller cutting board. But the kitchen had several items.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb on the third floor was nothing short of exceptional. Over the course of more than a week, we were continually impressed by the serene ambiance and views of Port Hueneme Beach and the Pacific Ocean. The unit itself was well-furnished, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was stocked with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them on the balcony while soaking in the panoramic views. Waking up to the sound of the humming birds was a highlight of our mornings. The location was perfect for those looking to explore the local area. Being so close to the beach, we spent hours walking along the sandy shores, enjoying the sunsets, and indulging in beach activities. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we felt safe throughout our stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for an enjoyable v

4th time with this host and accommodation. Great Malibu location and great coastal views right outside the patio, also glad to see they made a few quick updates to the place since our last visit.

This was a trip to visit family in Ventura. David's place could not have been more perfect. Quiet, clean, great host, all just right. Good restaurants and food trucks in the neighborhood. Easy access to Ventura and Ojai. Again, it was all terrific.

To clarify, I ended up canceling my stay as it coincided with the Pacific Palisades fires. And while David’s place was not effected by the fires, the gas and electricity were shut off. David was very accommodating with my request to cancel and issued me a full refund without hesitation.

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.
