Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Popoyo

The apartment was great. Super clean, had everything you need. It's perfect if you're traveling on your own by car or as a couple. The distance to San Juan Pueblo was super short by car and to the beaches too. The only inconvenience we had was that you can hear a lot what other people are doing outside the apartment. We couldn't sleep pass 7AM. But the place is amazing, super pretty, super easy to get into and Abraham was super clear with the check in instruction, plus, has a team that keep everything nice! Would come back :)

A great place, close to the beach and local restaurants. Gaby was really helpful on advice before and during our stay. Plenty of room in the apartment, especially on the outside terrace. A well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend walking to the far end of the beach to Juanita's kitchen for lunch one day, our favourite restaurant in the area. Watching a sunset at Hush was also amazing and it's only a 10m walk away. The power was a little on and off so make sure you have a charging block for your phone.

Great hosts! Totally recommended. They were responsive, friendly and helpful. They also found the way for us to get food delivered and it was delicious! Safe parking, our mini van fitted just right. Completely as advertised. Glad we stayed there.

A beautiful, spacious, well equipped apartment with a spectacular view. Sitting on the balcony sipping the complimentary coffee watching the monkeys, birds and sunsets was very special. Brian could not have been more helpful, from clear border crossing instructions, help with transport, help with shopping , to scooping up my husband when he got lost, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend a stay here and we hope to be back.

The view was amazing! And Gordon was responsive and helpful when we asked about restaurant locations and things to do around town.

100% recommended, the house is very spacious, clean and tidy, the kitchen is sufficiently equipped, Don pedro and his lady are very friendly, a very quiet place, we had a great time, I would go again.

By far one of the best homes I visited during my stay in Nicaragua the location of the home was spectacular with stunning views of the sunset ,the beach, and the statue of San Juan del SUR! All local stores are about a 10 minute walk also the amazing hostess Soraya was extremely helpful with all the extra foods and food snacks we needed! Overall, I would definitely recommend to friends and family. I believe this is worth spending with a group of friends or family. 10/10!

We had an amazing time at Casa Moringa! The house was clean and well stocked, the pool was perfect for relaxing in between activities or trips to the beach. The house is just off the main road surrounded by trees. It’s only a two minute walk to the main road where there are several restaurants and the beautiful beach! Indalecio was very helpful with planning any activities and accommodating any requests that we had. We were sad to leave such a relaxing space, we will definitely be back!

Great place right on the beach with an incredible surf spot steps away

The place is very nice, clean, tidy, and in an excellent location. Very close to beaches, and the Christ of Mercy which is an inexplicably beautiful place. We were in a group of 6 and a baby and organized very well in the space. We recommend it.

Great stay here! Comfy beds, very clean, updated and nice. Felt safe. At the end of town, but walkable. We did the walk with very young kids which wasn't the easiest, but doable. Taxi's are very affordable and easy to grab if you don't want to walk.
