Leonid was super gracious and easy to communicate with. The location of the house is incredible, you sleep with the river sounds. The house is huge, plenty of room for everyone to get around. There are blankets, a fireplace, games, slippers, anything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s also super close to all the restaurants and great place to take walks. Hugely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa at the Popova Sapka ski resort. The skilift is in walking distance of the house, so it's perfect if you're planning to ski. The communication with Mirelind was great, and his father helped us on the spot with everything we needed. Highly recommend this place!
