Great place. If you are looking for wellness at an affordable price, this is the perfect accommodation. When we arrived at the accommodation everything was very organized and smelling of cleanliness. In the kitchen had all the utensils for the preparation of food. The place also has a washing machine, which is essential for those who think about a longer stay. The surroundings have bakery, market, pharmacies, food stalls and restaurants. The check-in was super smooth. You can walk to the beach. We went out at night and felt extremely safe. I highly recommend it! Congratulations on your care for your guests.

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable, impeccable cleaning. There was first aid kit, games, beach towels and slippers available (a differential), pampering in the fridge… Sarah was a great host, who welcomed us and welcomed us during the 7 days of walking with great attention and affection. We adore the apartment and everything that the building offered, a beautiful pool with a panoramic view, everything very clean, the readiness of the building's staff when requested. The apartment is great has everything we need, everything very beautiful, comfortable bed, the very good showers. Near bakery, market, pharmacy and several restaurants and close to the waterfront. We would definitely return, highly recommend!!!

Everything happened right, but it must be mentioned that there is a building in works in the front and that the view of the balcony is no longer the one in the photo. Other than that, everything ok!

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The house is close the good beaches, so you can go there on foot. The view from the house is quite good as well and you can spend time in the yard. The house is new and has all necessary things for the staying. If you wanna go to cafes or buy groceries, you can take an Uber - it’ll take about 8 minutes to get there.

Attentive Host. Property well located, easy access, in a quiet place, great for family. Next to Praia do Francês, Barra de São Miguel and Maceió. An excellent option for those who do not want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Maceió but be very close. I will certainly return! I recommend it.

The atmosphere of Patrícia is done! All in good quality, well organized, smellable, spacious! When I arrived at the front of the building, I was a little apprehensive, as the properties of this street are not very beautiful, but when I came in, I was gawked at the beauty and warmth of the place. The Cleaning lady handed me the keys and our stay was very good! Thank Patricia!

Excellent stay, super well located close to jatiuca beach and restaurants, condominium with 24h market, gym, apartment was super clean and the owner always responded very quickly, I recommend it to anyone who wants convenience and ease

the environment was clean and as advertised. we like the stay. it's approximately 30 to 40 min to reach the beaches, catches a lot of traffic at certain times. but it's worth the stay. thank you

Well-located apartment, close to everything in the listing, but for the beaches you need to be in a car . A very kind and helpful concierge staff. We were responded to promptly by host Ruan when we need it. Everything was in order. Just a few repairs need to be done in the apartment, but nothing that changes as advertised! It was really nice !
