I had a wonderful stay at this appartment! It was impeccably clean and had a lovely fresh scent that made it feel very welcoming. It's conveniently located just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city and looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Apartment lovely. Beach was excellent. We had 4 days of great weather and were able to relax on the beach. The only downside was that we arrived the first week of October and most of the local pubs, supermarkets, restaurants etc were either closing or were closed. Trip to Nessebar was worth it. Still a good holiday but pity about not much open.

Daniel was a great host. Every time I contacted him the response was quick and helpful. The accommodation is at central location. Literally everything is no more than 5 minutes away, including the beach. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The space is not very big but was more than enough for us. It was clean and well maintained. Bear in mind that there is no kitchen. There’s only a kettle, coffee machine, a few cups, a few plates and some cutlery. Also the fridge is quite small therefore there is no space for anything else except some bottles. Overall we had a great time and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Daniel.

I am delighted with my stay in this superb apartment ! Not only does the setting respond , it is superior to the pictures listed on Airbnb . Despite the low temperatures I was pleasantly surprised that the apartment was pre-heated by the hosts. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for an amazing stay. The apartment is placed very close to the beach and only a 5 minute walk to the city center. This is one of thecleanest and tidy places I have visited. The bedding and towels were perfectly clean. In houses I have a dog and I know what traces pets leave and although hosts allow pets nowhere can be found no trace of their stay. My only regret that I couldn't stay longer ! Would highly recommend to everyone !

Great contact with Ivan. A host who's interested in us and how we need to respond. I would always like to rent with people like Ivan. As for the apartment itself, it is exactly like in the photos in 100 meets my expectations. We will probably visit again!!!!

I can only recommend the place! Very modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. A baby cot was brought on request. Viktor was very nice and helpful, he always responded immediately and helped. Beautiful location overlooking the pool and the sea. Nearby a supermarket and a small beach. Completely satisfied with everything. Glad to come back !

Simeon's place was excellent!! It was a perfect choice for a family with 2 children. The location is perfect - 5 min from the beach, the Morska garden and the city centre. The apartment had all the home appliances a family would need to feel cosy and at home. It was super clean and tidy. We spent 6 amazing nights and would definitely return next summer. Thanks for the great stay!

Very nice place for a family vacation. Children can peacefully play in the yard and the sea garden is literally one minute walk away.
