Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Polzeath Beach

We had an unforgettable week at Trevassack House and felt so fortunate to have found such a grand and lovely home to spend New Year with friends who traveled from Belgium and France. Catherine and Matthew’s home is absolutely perfect for hosting a large group. We were 8 adults, 3 small children and one dog and there were plenty of large rooms for us to spread out comfortably. The children were able to play in one room while the adults played games and the piano in front of the fire across the hall. Although, we spent most of our New Year around the family-style farmhouse table in the kitchen. We prepared all meals at home thanks to the well-equipped kitchen and the proximity of food shops. The house is in a quiet area and we slept like babies each night after long days visiting the seal sanctuary, St Ives and Newquay. The garden and grounds are gorgeous as well and had it been warmer, we certainly would have taken advantage of the terrace. We made memories for a lifetime here ❤️

We had a fabulous time at Holly’s place! It’s right next to Fistral beach and perfect if you would like to try surfing. We were beginners and Holly shared some great recommendations for surf schools ahead of our trip. The house was perfect and super cosy, I’d definitely recommend!

We spent a week at the house with several generations and it was absolutely perfect. There are basically two separate living rooms which was brilliant. Great that we had our own bathrooms and the house is in a fantastic location. Loads of space, kitchen worked well and would recommend the house for a group that has different needs to cater to. The hosts were very responsive and left good instructions.

The property was very beautiful and clean. We had a child with us and the baby chair in the kitchen is very thoughtful. Lana and her daughter was very easy to get hold of. The experience was remarkable. Definitely recommended!

We had a great time, everything we needed was ready to use and all clean. BBQ was a great addition, 15 min walk from centre of Newquay so restaurants we easily accessible. Beaches were close and there are some great views from some of the bed rooms! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again, Thankyou

Sharon went above and beyond to make sure our Christmas week was warm, cosy and full of treats and sparkle! The place was beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, thank you so much. Our Springer also loved it there, plenty of local places to walk the dog too.

A beautiful, comfortable apartment with a great view! Bude is a stunning area, with amazing beaches and lovely walks full of nature. The apartment is handily located close to shops, places to eat, and a very characterful local pub. Definitely recommended!

Such a beautiful place, great location, short walk to the beach and town. It did take me a few attempts and help from some local friends to find it but once you locate it, everything went smoothly. Check in was easy. Biz provided lots of information on the run up to my trip and there’s a handy guide in the room for everything else!

We loved our stay in Siobhan’s cosy annexe. It was bright, spacious and perfectly equipped for a holiday by the sea. We really appreciated the easy access to the local amenities and the sea. Can't wait to came back again!

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location overlooking Fistral Beach. Great place to walk up to Pentire Head or into town which is about 15mins. Easy to find and a great host with easy to follow instructions, would definitely recommend.

We have just returned from an amazing week in St Ives. The house was ideal for the three of us and the location was just a 5 minute walk from the centre of St Ives. We were able to park in front of the house to unload and the van and the car park was a short (but steep) walk away and very cheap! We felt right at home and had an extremely enjoyable stay over the new year! Thank you!

As first-time Airbnb users, we were blown away by Kathryn's flat. It felt like a home away from home. Kathryn clearly put a lot of thought into making our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend her property to anyone.

Marita's place is a good base for visiting the north Cornwall coast. There is a beach within three minutes walk and there is easy access to the SW coast path. Beautiful St Ives is a shorth drive away and Truro, Penzance are in easy reach and other coastal villages and great beaches are very accessible. The apartment is a good size for a couple and is very well equipped. We visited in poor weather during January and it was warm and cosy. The stairs to the bedroom are steep and the apartment would not suit anyone with limited mobility; for anyone else it is great! Although we didn't meet her, Marita was supportive and helpful and kept in regular contact by text.

The accommodation was ideal for us and the location was great, you even get a view of the sea. We'd happily book again!

Very nice apartment in a location close to town and beach. Great to have a parking space too! All of the facilities were as described, good instructions on how to access the property etc. Martha was in regular contact to make sure things were ok which was reassuring. thank you for a great stay!

We had a really nice time at Julia’s appartment. It was really cozy and the beds were really comfortable (what we needed after surfing). Julia was really nice and always helpful. Definitely, a place would come back.

Kristen was a great host. Right from the time of booking until checkout, Kristen was proactive in providing clear instructions to ensure a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. We stayed for 2 nights during New Year’s eve , the place was super clean, easily accessible with all the amenities required within kitchen, bathroom, games set, books to read. The aesthetics of the house were to the point and the house felt like home. Would recommend it to all.

The apartment was fantastic! It was extremely well-equipped, having everything you need for a longer stay. The views were tremendous from the front window, overlooking the sea. Nigel was extremely proactive and responsive that made us feel right at home, including a guide to outline all the local area has to offer!

My son and I had the most perfect few days at Kathy and Jeffs apartment.. great location..thoroughly enjoyed the cliff top walks ,lots of lovely restaurants all within walking distance...The apartment was just lovely and really lived up to our expectations...we will definitely return..thank you Kathy and Jeff :))

Anna's apartment is a great base if you are visiting Newquay. We stayed for a month and felt right at home. It's in a great location to reach all the main parts of Newquay and the outside area with a separate entrance is great if you are surfing and bringing back boards and wetsuits. We had some issues with the internet speeds but Anna was always responsive and helped get things back online. Highly recommend!
