The apartment looks even better than in the photo. Bed linen, utensils, good quality appliances. Very large and comfortable bed. Blackout curtains, so the ladybug won't wake up at dawn. The air conditioning in such a heat is just salvation. I was especially pleased with the dishes, because sometimes it's such a disappointment, when in a nice apartment knives with broken handles or plates with chips. But everything is super, new, clean👍 Convenient location - you can get to the beaches and the promenade in 10 minutes. There is a large supermarket and a public transport stop right under the windows. The apartment is quite quiet, you can't hear the neighbors. Clean. The boiler doesn't leak. Good lighting anywhere in the apartment. Regarding the depletion: 3rd line, clearly on the schedule, the induction stove is not working, when there is no electricity, there is water. We forgot our medicines to the apartment, so the hostess kindly mailed them to us. Overall, the stay was great. Thank you🤗

Decent place. Very nice kitchen. Nice experience. The stay is quite satisfied. Thank you for your coziness. I was especially impressed with the selection of all the household items in the only color scheme. Furniture, textiles, dishes. Even the kitchen was in a stylish gray, turquoise solution. A feast for the eyes of the aesthetic. The comfort of being in an apartment that is conceived to enjoy not only household but also visual comfort. Real lively painted paintings are the undeniable highlight of the property. Nearby is a shopping center, children's park-madets in the form of a fortress, river station and Dniprovskaya embankment.

We are very happy that we chose this apartment. It was warm, cozy and comfortable. The bedroom is made so that you can have a great rest, nothing will hurt to sleep. An interesting design solution to hide the bedroom entrance in the closet. Very cool looking. The apartment has an interesting design, preserved individual authentic elements of the apartment and this also greatly complements the interior and the experience of staying in the city. The kitchen has all the amenities: cereals, cereals, sugar, butter, coffee, everything to have a delicious breakfast. The location is top in general, it is better not to find: 5 minutes to the railway station, in the other side of the city center - makes this apartment very convenient for a business trip. I liked everything! Everything is thought out and comfortable! The hostess treats her business with love and care for her guests. If one phrase: Very beautiful and comfortable apartment, there is everything, perfect cleanliness!

Very cozy, clean and convenient apartment! I really liked it! Quiet, you can't hear the neighbors at all, only sirens can be heard well because of the other 🤬 neighbors, but these are our realities. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and everything you may need. The bathtub is neat and it always smells nice) The bed with a good mattress and for two people - two blankets, which I didn't meet anywhere else and it was always a problem, and here luckily the host took care of this moment! Sergey (host) is very quick to respond, friendly and responsible! Communication with him is easy and he even checked us in a little earlier, for which thank you separately!! Nearby, literally in one step - acoffee shop where in the morning you can take coffee to go. It happened that I just went to a coffee in pajamas for the morning latte to start the day as a person, with coffee)) Still nearby, in the same building, a cafe where you can have lunch - there are delicious business lunches. In general, you can not leave the house - everything is just here))) But if you leave, parks, museums, theater, other cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Sincere recommendations!

Cozy apartment, like a fairy tale. Probably, the apartment was prepared for the life of the hostess herself, but, for some reason, it began to be rented for others. Perfect cleanliness. Caring hostess. Everything worked, lots of dishes, clean, cozy, designer renovation. The experience was such that the hostess just left the house for a moment and will be back. Thank you!

We were with a guy in Poltava due to not very pleasant circumstances, but staying in Anna and Taras's apartment was a reminder of home for us! The month flew unnoticed👌The apartment is very warm, cozy and clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, the infrastructure near the house is developed, there are many shops, a children's hospital, coffee shops, a pub, a market, multi-level parking, transport stops, 15-20 minutes drive to the center. The neighborhood is very secluded. Hosts are always available for any questions, friendly, ready to help. Anya and Taras, thank you for your hospitality!

The host is great and will go far out of her way to ensure that your trip is a good one. The apartment is very nice. This is the only host I have had who goes out and gets necessities for me and offers to do even more to make my trip work out well.
