We were pleasantly surprised by how great this location turned out to be. After a night off the Zócalo, we were happy to move to a quieter neighborhood. Not only was it walkable to a lot of the places we wanted to visit in Roma Norte, it's also just a block off Ave Amsterdam, which circles Parque Mexico, and is a beautiful option for a morning walk and visiting many cafes. We found great food, shopping, and even a gym within a few blocks. The apartment itself is as advertised. The floorplan is unique, but not an issue as long as you expect it. We loved spending time on the patio upstairs. The apartment is off the street, so pretty quiet, but the courtyard is open-air, so you will hear some street noise and birds in the morning. It was a bit cold at night, but Nadezda made sure we had heaters, which completely solved the problem. The beds were comfortable and had extra blankets.

Lovely warm and safe space. Eugenia welcomed us at the door and gave us a tour of all the details. The house had everything we needed. Minimal yet accommodating. The house has character and may not be for the traveler looking for modern design elements and technology to follow but we found this lovely home to be a dream and anything anyone could possible need. The esthetic is genuine, positive and with honest intentions just as the caretaker. The neighborhood was a calm retreat from heart of the city. Local park and squares as well good eats just 5 mins away or literally across the street. If you’re coming to visit Frida’s house you are one block away. We also rented a car and had no issues parking in front of house.

Our family (10 persons) spent a week together and loved the location. Lorena helped us get a meal for everyone the first night. It was Christmas Eve and many stores and restaurants were closing. We loved the location and how nice Lorena was during the week. We had no problems and hope to stay here again.

This is the fourth faculty-led trip for gradiuate art students I have run, and we have stayed at Francisco's house each time. The house is lovely, and great for medium to large groups. Convenient to Chapultepec Park and its museums, it has been a perfect base from which to explore Mexico City.

We had an amazing 2.5 week stay at Ricardo's home! It is super spacious and perfect for families or groups of friends. The location could not be better -- right in the heart of Condesa with so many coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, bars, and ice cream shops within a few minutes walking. We were also very close to several parks. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was decently stocked. Ricardo was very responsive if we ever had a question, needed help, or there was an issue at the home -- it was always resolved very promptly. I would definitely recommend this home!

The stay at Kyra's was very nice! The small garden is a real treat in such a big city! Kyra was always available and very helpful and friendly.

Gina’s place is stylish and full of personality. It was so much fun exploring the space, and the terrace was lovely. The whole space was super clean, and the beds were comfortable. We especially loved the location, on a quiet street but close to lots of shops and restaurants. Gina was very helpful and responsive too. A great stay!

Luis’ place in Roma Norte was fantastic! The location is perfect, within walking distance to many great restaurants, cafes and stores and across from a peaceful park. The apartment was clean, safe and easy to come & go. Looks exactly like the photos. Luis was also extremely responsive throughout our trip. Would highly recommend booking your stay in CDMX with Luis.

This was a great stay. Location had plenty of restaurants nearby, transportation is accessible and the check in was very easy. There was parking on the premises, the apartment was very clean as well. It is an eco-friendly building so the instructions forewarn the hot water available for short showers but it’s after the 6-8 minutes it’s bearable. Will recommend this Airbnb to others.

Quinquin's place exceeded our expectations. It is very well located, in a quiet and safe area, perfect to rest after a day of activities. Also, it's close to points of interest, which makes mobility a lot easier. The place is comfortable, very complete, and comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We loved the place, the area very quiet the accesses to places such as reform, angel of independence, and historic center of quick access, minus in picos jajajaj, if you have a loaf of cooking at the Vuelta is a super-rich runner, everything you have at hand restaurants, supercitos, parks, ecobicis… I'm coming again, we missed it because we met Cd. Mx. We'll be back! And we'll be back with Andrea!

If you go to any concerts in the CDMX arena it is one of the best options to stay as it is very close walking. They are always in constant communication to know if you need anything or if you did not have any problems upon your arrival. They are very friendly and the place is in excellent condition.

It was lovely. We were with a group of four friends and enjoyed our time in the city and the apartment very much!

Jude & Philippe’s tree flat was a dream! I loved staying here as a solo traveler and would certainly return. Clean, quiet, the doorman makes check in super easy and the building feels very safe. There were plenty of towels. The windows and outdoor space add a lot of vibes. The location on the edge of Roma and Condesa is amazing, very walkable and convenient to groceries/basic necessities as well as cute restaurants, bakeries, and boutiques. Jude & Philippe provided lots of recommendations on the neighborhood and were friendly and proactive about communicating. Their flat is highly recommended.

This apartment is just as described. It also was very safe with a guarded front door. The people in the building were all very nice. The beds were comfortable and the linens clean. Ample amount of hot water for showers. The apartment could use a fresh coat of paint and professionally cleaned couch but is very clean and spacious.

We stayed here for two weeks and it was super comfortable. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and museums close by. Alec is also a really great host. He’s super responsive and helpful. I would absolutely return.

This place is great. I love the Condesa area, and I usually visit twice a year after having toddlers took me 2 years to come back. This place was a great stay, just as described. Fantastic host, and stay. Everything you need is in this area.

Spent a month in this amazing CDMX apartment over the holidays with my family. Fantastic location in Roma Norte near Parque México, totally walkable with hip cafés & restaurants everywhere. Safe neighborhood with friendly doormen for added security. Was delighted by the clean, quiet & comfortable space including the private patio. Host was very responsive with our questions and requests. We had a great time and I would definitely stay here again. Enjoy!
