Holiday houses in Polača

Spacious apartment, nice terrace and barbecue area. We didn’t miss anything, having all the needed amenities at hand. We felt comfortable and had plenty of space for 6 people. Parking places available right next to the terrace. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment is great! Matej and Nena were perfect hosts. The apartment is modernly furnished, clean and just like in the pictures and in reality even bigger than it looks. From the balcony and through the windows of living room and dining table you have a wonderful view of the sea. Although the apartment is in the attic, it is not too hot even in high summer thanks to the air conditioning. Upon our arrival (at 39 degrees!), Nena had already handed over the apartment to us in an air-conditioned manner, which was a treat after the long drive. Also, the fridge was filled with drinks for us and small snacks were ready. We have never experienced such a service before! Laundry detergent, cosmetic products, dishwasher tablets, everything ready! It is a 5 min walk to the beach, by bike you may need 20 min to the old town. Restaurants and supermarkets are right close to the apartment. We can fully recommend this accommodation.

Everything worked out for me. The apartment itself was not close to the beach, so for the evening you could relax without noise. Very clean apartment , sometimes new, only after renovation. Showed the restaurant very nice and not expensive. The atmosphere is just super. The beaches are always clean. A lot of everything. Really rested. 6 days went perfectly. Not miserable.

Ilija's place was exactly what my friends and I had been looking for. It was perfectly equipped for a relaxing holiday for us after our final exams! We were quickly and kindly introduced to the villa by the hosts upon our arrival and also got a small welcome gift :D If you had any questions, they were directly available and were also able to quickly get to hand if there was a small problem or a certain wish came from us:) Overall, my friends and I had a very good stay there and would recommend the villa to anyone!

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

Ivan and Maja’s villa was beautiful, sleek and modern and we had a fantastic week staying there as a family of 10. We especially loved the pool area and watching the sunsets from the terrace. Primošten is a beautiful town, we enjoyed spending time on the beach and visiting the restaurants and it was only a 10 minute drive from the villa and easy to arrange a taxi for 10 people (we used Mario’s). We also tried the traditional restaurant in the village which was a great experience and the peka was delicious. Ivan and Maja were wonderful hosts and arranged for water, milk and coffee to be available in the villa as we were arriving late at night. There was also a lovely welcome tray in the villa when we arrived. They were very responsive and made an effort to visit us during our stay which we appreciated.

When we arrived, the navigation system first wanted to take us to another street, but we found it relatively quickly. When we arrived, a young man immediately came to us and explained everything and showed us the place. His mother immediately provided us with cold drinks and the family was really super friendly and accommodating. They stayed in the small cottage that is located exactly on the way to the private beach. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is a dream to be a dream to be The apartments have everything you need to live and close to the villa there is plenty of shopping and many restaurants with good food. The private beach was beautiful and we were even allowed to rent masks and paddle boat for swimming. What we needed,the family was always there. Also the pool was nice big and clean. You didn't really hear the airport nearby, but it was impressive to see the planes start. Thank you for everything
