Holiday rentals with a patio in Pokolbin

This was the second time we stayed at Naomi’s place and it was just as good as the first time round. Naomi was also very responsive and helpful when our travel plans needed changing at the last minute. We’ll be back again.

Lisa’s place is great. We really enjoyed our stay. It is in an awesome location, very clean and presentable. We wouldn’t hesitate to head back there again.

We had a great stay at this property! The house was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were cozy, and everything was exactly as described. It was also a very kid-friendly place – safe, spacious, and had a nice setup that worked well for our family. Highly recommend this home for anyone traveling with kids or looking for a peaceful and well-equipped stay!

A fantastic stay. The extra touches including a hot and cold breakfast, soaps, gels, shampoo were a lovely touch. The home was private, comfortable and felt like home straight away. Also, it was awesome having Netflix. Highly recommended!

4 of us stayed in Jenni and Kristy’s villa over Easter and what a trip it was! I would highly recommend this villa as there is so much to do in the area, the golf course on site was amazing and the villa was very well kept and extremely clean. The attention to detail was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to a friend. We would love to go back!

The apartment was lovely, fresh and clean. It was a pleasure to open the door and see a lovely apartment with new finishes. The location was perfect and a short walk to the beach and other walking tracks. It had everything we needed and more, Gerard left a few treats for us as well, including chips, chocolate and wine! We could not have asked for anything more. Thankyou for a lovely experience!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was super clean and incredibly peaceful. One of the highlights was waking up and relaxing in the evening with the calming sounds of ducks and birds just outside. Such a lovely, tranquil spot. Highly recommend!

I love Katrina’s place and we would love to stay again! Katrina is very friendly and welcoming. She has recommended us some nice wine places and she’s also very responsive! Love her! The retreat is in a very quiet and peaceful location (we’ve seen many starts in the sky at night time which is amazing!). The rooms are clean, they have provided basic kitchen stuff, can cook and have some nice dinner! The only concern is that my friend who’s with Vodafone has no internet at his room. So it would be great to bring your pocket wifi if you must have internet. I like this place and I’d like to recommend

Me and my family had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-organised, and had a peaceful, relaxing farm feel that was just what I needed. The property actually looks even better than the photos, which was a lovely surprise. Definitely worth the price – I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil escape.

The cottage was very cosy. It was very clean. The garden was private. Communication with Jenny was excellent. Also the extra tip about the local restaurant was great. I am happy to recommend Jenny’s cottage to everyone who is planning a trip to Hunter Valley.

We are a family group of 10 adults and 2 small children and booked the entire place. What a wonderful holiday and excellent value for money! The main house is very spacious with plenty of lounges, beds and a large well-eqipped kitchen (we happily cooked most of our meals there). The self-contained cottage was also well laid out and spacious. A heated indoor pool was a huge bonus and it was fantastic! We used it daily. It was safe, clean and had a large table with plenty of seating to accomodate all of us. The games room was also a winner...honestly, we did not want for anything in terms of entertainment and amenities. The property is perfectly located in surroundings that are peaceful and quiet, yet not too far from the Singleton shops or the Hunter vineyards. This is one of the best places we've stayed as a family and our host Rachael was easy to contact, very responsive and readily accomodated our requests. This one's on the top of our list, we will definitely be back!

Carmen was nothing but friendly and upfront from the very beginning. We felt very informed and safe. Carmen’s property was exactly like the photos (although the scenery was MUCH better in real life) Lovely and clean place, including the sheets and towels. The extra bathroom (outside of the ensuite) is perfect for a place housing so many guests. We also received a beautiful welcome gift, which was very thoughtful and delicious.

We had a wonderful stay! Ola and Barn truly thought of every detail, making our experience so much more enjoyable. The kids’ room was a highlight—complete with a toy box full of hours of entertainment! We even had beautiful Christmas decorations throughout the house that made the holiday extra special. It felt like they went above and beyond to create a welcoming, thoughtful space for our entire family. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need, from all sorts of plates and dishes for our antipasto platter to even the tiniest things you might forget—like a screwdriver! We were so grateful for that, especially when we realized we needed it to add batteries to the kids’ Christmas presents. The little touches made all the difference, and it felt like the hosts were truly invested in ensuring we had a perfect stay. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, thoughtful, and well-equipped getaway! Thank you Ola & Barn!

We had a fantastic stay, this Airbnb was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and in a great location. It was a short drive to our concert at the Civic, and right on our doorstep were cafes, pubs, shops, and the new bakery, Crumb (thanks to Louise for the tip!). The space was bright and spacious, the bed was super comfy and the private, secure backyard was perfect for the dogs. Everything felt really thoughtful and welcoming.

Del's house was very clean and well prepared. Del was extremely helpful with instructions and clarifying an issue we had. House was well lit outside, covered parking and great instructions to gain entry. Everything inside was as described. Very happy to recommend and would stay here again.
